Service is super slow. Even if you order head of time, expect the estimated time to be wrong and you will wait for a simple order
I always have a great experience at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The wait times are consistently very low, which is a huge plus when I’m on the go. The atmosphere is super chill and has more of a relaxed café vibe than a typical fast-food spot — it’s a nice place to take a breather while you wait.
The staff here are always polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They remember regulars, answer questions with patience, and keep everything running smoothly (especially Keelah, she’s the best!). It’s rare to find a place that feels this friendly and efficient at the same time.

I will never order from this Tropical smoothie again. Whether it be the drivers or the store’s management, just an overall terrible experience. This is not the first NEGATIVE thing that happened with my food order since I’ve ordered delivery here, rather it be the last. & i’m sure they won’t care when they see this review. Anyway, the previous time, I received a melted smoothie that barely had ingredients I asked for. It took them about a MONTH to send me any type of compensation. Not to mention the card can’t even be used online lmao. Defeats the purpose. The time before that, I went outside to get my order and my smoothie was just knocked over on the bench spilling. Smh. Then ordered yesterday only because the other locations don’t deliver to my job… and they forgot a whole smoothie. How you do that at a smoothie place? Yeah, never again.

Went to this location today and ordered the chicken Cesar salad and Nutella açaí bowl.
The worker that took my order was nice and attentive. I had to ask her after the salad was made that I did not want it, requesting a refund or the salad be made again. She was nice about letting the other young lady know.
The young lady making the salad had on a long sleeved sweatshirt under her work shirt and the sleeves hovered past her wrists and directly over the salad mix she grabbed and mixed in the bowl with her gloves hands. As she leaned over to grab ingredients she leaned directly over the bowl with her shirt touch in the bowl. That is nasty and unsanitary. She made a new bowl but after the experience and having some wilted pieces of spinach and lettuce I was completely disappointed with the salad and won’t order again.
The Nutella açaí bowl saved the day though which was made by someone else.

I’ve ordered from this location several times and the service is not improving. The staff is young and I’ve witnessed them playing around, looking confused, and not taking customer complaints seriously. I’m trying to give them a chance but I don’t understand why they have 5+ staff members working if the service is going to be this slow. I’ve waited at least 15 minutes for a smoothie and multiple times I had to ask about my order. The owner needs to step in and provide proper training because I’ve witnessed several customers upset because their order is either wrong or they are sitting here waiting. This location has a lot of potential but the customer service issues need to be addressed immediately.

Paper attached to cheese in food. Before that it was fine, but that’s just careless
8/10 on accuracy. Staff is young and helpful but gets overwhelmed some days with orders. Wait time is either super fast or they lose your ticket or forget about part of your order. For the most parts it’ll be a good experience 9/10 trips.
