Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Went to this location today and ordered the chicken Cesar salad and Nutella açaí bowl.

The worker that took my order was nice and attentive. I had to ask her after the salad was made that I did not want it, requesting a refund or the salad be made again. She was nice about letting the other young lady know.

The young lady making the salad had on a long sleeved sweatshirt under her work shirt and the sleeves hovered past her wrists and directly over the salad mix she grabbed and mixed in the bowl with her gloves hands. As she leaned over to grab ingredients she leaned directly over the bowl with her shirt touch in the bowl. That is nasty and unsanitary. She made a new bowl but after the experience and having some wilted pieces of spinach and lettuce I was completely disappointed with the salad and won’t order again.

The Nutella açaí bowl saved the day though which was made by someone else.

The workers are young but give great service. Waits can be long isn’t a major inconvenience.

I’ve ordered from this location several times and the service is not improving. The staff is young and I’ve witnessed them playing around, looking confused, and not taking customer complaints seriously. I’m trying to give them a chance but I don’t understand why they have 5+ staff members working if the service is going to be this slow. I’ve waited at least 15 minutes for a smoothie and multiple times I had to ask about my order. The owner needs to step in and provide proper training because I’ve witnessed several customers upset because their order is either wrong or they are sitting here waiting. This location has a lot of potential but the customer service issues need to be addressed immediately.

love their new watermelon mojito drink. it's great. and their food is great also. nice quick spot to hit up after you hit the gym.

Paper attached to cheese in food. Before that it was fine, but that’s just careless

8/10 on accuracy. Staff is young and helpful but gets overwhelmed some days with orders. Wait time is either super fast or they lose your ticket or forget about part of your order. For the most parts it’ll be a good experience 9/10 trips.

Only disappointed with having wilted lettuce, scallions, and cilantro in my Thai chicken salad. I was excited to try it for the first time. Otherwise, the smoothie was very good. Please make sure your salad doesn’t look old and wilted. Fresh salad will make it taste 100% better.

I ordered my drink and unfortunately it wasn't blended thoroughly. As I began to sip my smoothie, there were chunks of strawberry. I could not bear the taste as there was an underlying residue, as if the machine was not cleaned thoroughly. Therefore, I had to discard the smoothie.

Highly turn off. I’m on my break and noticed hair in my wrap

I'm changing my review. This is the second time that I have come here and I have to wait for what I feel is longer than needed. The first time I ordered online, and while I'm waiting two people walked in off the street and got their order faster than me. Now, this time, while I'm waiting, you have three employees standing in the back talking, one on their phone, three orders on the screen, and only one person making everything.

As someone who used to work at this very location, I do not feel the tropitude spirit. The girls working there today seemed like they were bothered by me ordering. I don’t often come to this location anymore because the people always seem to have an attitude. The girl who handed me my drink basically threw it and the drink fell on the counter. I think there needs to be better service coming from this locations

I actually like this location BUT ANSWER THE PHONE I WAS TRYNA CANCEL MY ORDER BUT NOW I CANT BECAUSE NOBODY PAID THE PHONE BILL smh lmao

If you can just go to a different tropical smoothie cafe location for smoothies.
