Wish I could give a 0... how does a restaurant consistently run out of food??Pointless

Visited this location yesterday, tried to call in my order no one was answering the phone! Walked in there was a young guy on the phone took him 10 minutes to acknowledge me, I ordered a lobster fried rice , and literally watched him press the ignore button on the phone when it stared ringing . To make matters worse , I watched my food sit in the window for more than 15 minutes after it was ready , while standing in the store while pregnant with no cover on top of it ! Then the young man turned around and asked me my name again and proceeded to put a cover on my food then handed it to me! This place is very unprofessional and just slow !

Sadly they are constantly sold out of their best menu item the “Salmon Bomb” which is stuffed salmon with collard greens and fried rice. I learned to call first so that I don’t waste gas on a trip to the restaurant. Today was the 5th time I tried to order it and they were sold out. The Salmon Bomb is very good but the collard greens are on the sweet side and the fried rice isn’t seasoned. It’s also extremely expensive for what you receive, but with the limited food choices in this area, I often find myself craving it. Hopefully this place improves because unfortunately I don’t see them lasting long if they don’t.

I had EXTREMELY high expectations for this restaurant. First, the menu on Ubereats was misleading with fried wings and fried rice; it said five wings but they only gave three, but the restaurant clarified that the site had not been updated. Not exactly my problem, but it is also the least of the issues I had with this meal. The fried rice was at least a day old because it was dry and hard as a rock, and lacked any taste. The wings tasted like any regular carry-out fried chicken; not bad, but definitely not worth the price. The only real highlight of the meal was the banana pudding and the cheese steak egg rolls.Yet again, considering the brand, I was expecting high expectations and different flavors, but ultimately let down. If I was in the restaurant, I would have sent all but the pudding back.

Just ordered some food to go and HAD TO place a review...This will be my 4th and final time being subjected to such poor customer service from this spot! Regardless of whether it was over the phone or in person, the person I encountered taking my order was very rude and abrupt each and every time. The food is very good but unfortunately it isn't good enough for me to keep subjecting myself to such discourtious behavior. Bowie is a place full of very educated professionals and it's sad to say that if the customer service continues in the direction it's going, I won't be the only person to bid this "black owned" establishment good riddance.

Food was just ok. The waitress (Ciara) in DC was great! Hookah was good as well. Drinks was just ok as well. The vibe is nice. Music was good as well. If the chef put more love into the food, this would be the perfect spot. Lamb chops was too salty and the lobster pasta want that good.

Victory wings for 12$ (at the time of this review) comes with 6 wings and mambo sauce. It was exactly what I was craving.The second image is their hand cut fries!

I was not sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. I love burgers and this was really good. I did not use the spicy mayonnaise but the meat and other toppings were delicious! I will be back.

A little while back I would have rated this restaurant 5 stars but the menu has changed and not for the better. My favorite dish was the seafood victory omelet that came with potatoes for $26. I recently ordered the omelet and to my surprise, when I opened it at home, there were no potatoes. I called and a young lady told me that the potatoes were now separate. $26 for JUST an omelet? No toast, no nothing? In addition to that the omelet is now smaller and the taste isn't the same. I bought one for my sister as well and she agrees. Very disappointed. However, the customer service is consistently good.

Everything is absolutely amazing. I had the lamb chops, lobster fried rice, j*** corn, Mac and cheese, banana pudding. I’m definitely ordering again??

I love this restaurant it is very welcoming at morning time so I visit a lot, the food is extravagant. if anyone Is looking for quality takeout here is the restaurant. I am missing The burgers they are delicious and the omelette very serving

Very impressed with the quality of food !! Lamb chop entree was delicious (wish it came with more than 3 pieces). The crab/shrimp pasta however could use more seasoning, parm topping, and more crab meat. Though tasty...I know the dish can be elevated. As for the dessert, the snickerdoodle pudding was tasty but the red velvet cheesecake was missing cheesecake and tasted as if it wasn't fresh....The white cream you see n the pictures is just vanilla icing.

I went to the Bowie location today and arrived at 3:44, I get to the door and it is locked. The website states you close at 4pm. I drove 45 min to support this black owned establishment and this is unacceptable. If your times have changed please alter your website so people don’t waste their time making the trip!

Food was excellent! Atmosphere & customer service very poor, let's do better and we can support you! Thanks for an opportunity to help you !

I love the victory wings and the victory shrimp much flavor and I love the sauce too.
