I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. From the moment I walked in, I was completely disregarded by the staff. Not only was I ignored, but several other guests who walked in after me were also never acknowledged. It wasn't until much later after flagging an employee down that I was finally addressed, and when I was, the employee seemed to have a very negative attitude. Before taking my order without a hint of politeness, he casually mentioned there would be an hour wait to proceed with my meal.
I am genuinely disappointed with my visit and will be reconsidering returning to this location in the future.

I went there on 1/26/25 and it was an unusually busy day so I cancelled my online order in store because they weren’t answering the phone. Im writing this review on 2/13 as I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve called every week since the incident and even went in person. They keep saying it’s been input and to wait 5-7 business days. I will NEVER order from them again.
The staff was extremely polite and professional but the runaround im getting is crazy.
Do not waste your time ordering from this location it's your worst nightmare for real I ordered and at the very last minute they canceled it I called the store about 6 time to get an explanation and nothing

Ordered food at 6:21PM (Estimated carryout time was 16 - 21 Minutes). We arrived at the store at 6:40. When asked about the food, the employee said "Just 8 more minutes". 20+ minutes passed and the food was not ready. When asked again, he said "you're next!". several other orders passed and when asked again, he said "you're next!". After another 15 minutes, I decided to leave. Employees should not give out estimates that they are not sure of, especially if the food is already behind what was said in the mobile order. Overall bad experience along with the soda machine being down. Pick a different wingstop to go to or another place all together.

Worst service ever, not enough employees delays hours. Very rude staff
Wings are pretty good but the service is inconsistent. Sometimes they make your online orders early leaving you with cold wings and the other times you’ll be standing there for a minute for wings you ordered in advance.

I placed an order on the Wingstop App today at 1:41pm. While waiting for the order, I see that the Dashers ( individual delivering my order kept changing) so I began to wonder what with going on with my order . At 3:30 my order was canceled. So I decided to go to the restaurant to get my refund , because I called the store 4x no answer . So once I arrive to the restaurant it was packed and I waited 30mins to speak with an employee regarding my order. The Manager Silvers stated that the door dasher stole my food , and I’ll get my money back I. 5-7 business days . The manger didn’t care , and I’m like how does this happen and how often does it happen, because if this a frequent occurrence why you all still do business with DoorDash as a delivery service? Has this happen to anyone else in the area ?

We waited quite a long time for our food and it wasn’t that big of an order. When we tried the fries, minutes after getting our order, we noticed they were very hard. We thought it was only a couple fries so we continued to eat the rest of our food. ALL of the fries were hard, we could barely even bite into them. Very bad.
This location is horrible. Makes zero sense that you can order a hour before you get to the store then have to wait another hour and half to get your food. Don’t matter what time of day you come it’s like this

Called wingstop after DoorDash didn’t drop off my 3 drinks. They said nothing can do about it & essentially told me to go pound sand. I ordered 3 drinks. Also quality of food is not good. Go somewhere else

Update: the general manager Dawn is amazing. Not only did she provide great customer service, she remade my order personally and it was probably the BEST wings and fries I’ve had, ever. Tasted the way I remember and loved at wing stop. Unfortunately when she isn’t there, service won’t be there either.
This location is terrible. Orders are NEVER ready when they say they will be. They lie and say “5 more minutes” knowing you’ll be standing there for at least another 20. DO NOT EAT AT THIS WINGSTOP.
Service is terrible & they certainly can careless about the quality of the food.
