Unfortunately, this location has terrible customer service. I was at the cashier, and the app was not letting me login no matter how many times I reset my password. I needed to bring up the code for the free pretzel, and the staff refused to help.

Went to purchase come cinnamon bite blue frozen raspberry drink and a coke and I order in Spanish because that’s how the lady spoke to me (thank the lord I learned to speak Spanish) once ordered got the order wrong then I repeated the order in English and she still got my order wrong so once I asked her repeatedly why is she giving me the wrong items she tells me she hard at hearing because the fans in the back ground. Very poor service no apology attitude and then just to charge you more when they are wrong.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Auntie Anne’s. The service was very poor. The lady behind the counter working had poor communication skills. She met me on one side to pay but then she moved to the other side for me to pay. After I paid I had to find and locate my own bag with the pretzels. She didn’t hand my food to me. After eating a few bites, I realized the pretzel wasn’t fresh.

I was at Auntie Anne's in Clasburg Outlets and it was a really bad experience...4 workers of which one was the cashier and served the public. Poor customer service, it took forever!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't go back...they took about 20 minutes to serve me.
