The staff have zero customer service. I'm used to Mod pizza. This is not Mod. They're a phoney knock off. The cheesy bread sticks are dry and flat and lack cheese. My husband got a soda and I asked for a cup for water because they only sell Pepsi products which I don't drink including Aquafina and I was told by Demetrius that per corporate a cup would cost $3.39 the same price as a soda. So no free water here in 2025. It would be nice since you have filtered water to provide a small cup. Everyone isn't try to steal soda. Then after all of this I went to use the restroom and the bathroom was so dirty I left and went to the one in the food court. Had I seen this bathroom first I wouldn't even have ate there. You can see the pics for yourself. There are limited food choices at this outlet but don't waste your time with this place. It's over priced, dirty and the customer service doesn't exist.

Stopped in after a long day of shopping. Thought we'd just get a slice and head out on our long ride home. They didn't offer slices but instead offered personal pizzas. It was so much better than a slice. It was freshly made and delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly. The tables were clean and ready for use. It was an overall great experience.

Good place for a quick pizza and the taste is decent. I really like how you can make your own too. There is a young lady there named Ashley who is AWESOME!!!! They need to bring the diablo sauce back, my family loves it. Ashley knows how to make it.

There was a miscommunication regarding the pizza; i asked for normal crust and thick crust was given. Rather then having a productive conversation the lady with the blonde hair and glasses decided to slam the pizza in the trash (that was already made) and ignored me once I apologized. I’ve been going to this establishment for years and it is really upsetting that the costumer service has truely gone down hill.

Pizza is good. Lady with glasses is extremely rude. Messed up my order then proceeded to throw it out and start fresh however it wasn’t even my fault for the mess up and then proceeded to ignore my apology when I just wanted to make her feel better about it. Then threw all my toppings on the pizza without actual care for it. Didn’t really seem like she cared either but decided to be rude for no reason

Me and my family stop in to eat pizza after shopping. We have eaten there plenty of times. When we enter the shop there was one customer before us ordering 2 pizzas. There was also a husband and wife with a toddler already seated and eating. We were up next so we place our order 3 pepperoni lovers and cheese bread. We paid $61.84 and were seated. Then about 3 other group of customer came in and placed their order. I say about 10-15 min later we notice that the people who came in after us all got their food before us . It is now 30+ min still no food. I then notice an employee name (Goat) putting our pizzas into the oven. The place got another group of customer that got waiting on and by this time (Goat and Jacqueline) burn up our pizzas. Goat calls us up to pickup the pizza and inform us it was burnt and ask if we would like to wait for new ones. I asked for a refund and question him why he over looked us for the people that came in after and he laughed. We will never return to this place again.

Nice place as you walk in, customer service wasn’t pleasant. Ashley seemed like she didn’t want to work. When she noticed I didn’t give have a big tip, her attention got worse. This pizza isn’t worth $15. I don’t recommend this place.
I used to like getting pizzas from this place because of the pizzas were delicious and the service was great. But as of today, i will no longer but from this place because of the newer people working there. The newer staff is the WORST!! First, they seemed annoyed with my daughter and i for coming at 8:35pm to buy pizzas, because they close at 9pm. Second, I do not eat PORK and the guy who was making my pizza wanted to use the same gloves he used to touch pepperoni to touch my chicken pizza. Third, my pizzas were burnt and they are just horrible!! I will not be going back there and will not recommend this place anymore because of the issues I experienced today!! Worst service ever!!

I ordered the supreme pizza. After the pizza arrived and I tasted it I noticed that it needed more pizza sauce. When I expressed my concerns to the wait staff I asked for side of additional pizza sauce and they were NOT will to provide any additional sauce. Now you unfortunately are receiving a less than favorable review.
