I was told I couldn’t order a hot sub. Cause the grill had already been cleaned. But they are still open. They supposed to serve you what you want. Until the doors are locked. They need to be teaches better on customer service. All so they can leave at 9pm. When the store closes

Today I ordered a sandwich for my wife and specifically ordered no mayo. When I got home and she opened her food there was mayo all over her sandwich and when I called no one answers the phone. It was a $13 California chicken cheesesteak. Now I have no dinner for my wife and a refund I can’t get.

Only 3 people in the store. The young lady was nice. Greeted me when I came in. The 2 young men did not look enthused at all! Maybe because I was watching my sandwich being made it looked good. But on the counter was 3 of the most unattractive sandwiches I've ever seen. Bought a jar of hot relish, was given a bag for me to bag myself! I love this location but there was no feel good feeling on today's visit. Imma need them to do better

Really clean location in a fairly new shopping center. Restaurant was clean and well staffed. Food was fresh and sub was made quickly

This location is hit or miss. I usually use the app to pick up. Double check your order before you walk out and I mean open up your sandwich to make sure it’s made correctly. Especially if you paid for modifications and won’t notice until you get home. 🫠

I brought a reg on white and a reg on rosemary bread for my mom . The sandwich’s were written wrong and by the time I realized the sandwiches were mixed up it was too late. Really disappointed because I thought he paid attention to what he was doing so mad at this mix up. I also paid for grilled onions and peppers for both sandwiches a didn’t get stopped or told hold on when I got home and checked both were missing what I asked for . So disappointed in my time and customer service given to me.

Ordered online came there 20 mins later there was no one there for online pick up I sat an watch 7 people walk in an order an got there food only was 2 workers well one because the other worker was brand new with no experience of making a sandwich walked out 30 mins later no food dang

DONT COME TO THIS JERSEY MIKES, The place is quite really quite, the place has a horrible vibe there is only 3 guys working they are slower than my grandpa when his making a coffee the guys there don’t care about anything they walking around really dead and they take there sweet time I waited 20 minutes to get my sandwich and by the time the guy that “took my order” came back to the front I wanted to leave this is so sad you have people working here that don’t care about anything but there money this place is horrible don’t come here
