Piano Keys Restaurant and Lounge

I enjoyed their brunch before ala-cart phase and them adding sugar to their grits for all customers. The unannounced nature of the switch was disarming and not charming, when I invited family and friends to come and experience the brunch only to discover the changes in person.

The food took 30 minutes to come out and I waited 20 minutes before I even had my order taken. This place use to be very nice to go to they are going down hill with service.

I thought this was a lounge for the grown and sexy. It's getting to be a lounge for young and sleezy. Being sexy doesn't mean you hump the floor and chairs. It was a time when management would say something to a person that is either dressing in appropriate or dancing crazy. Management was slacking on last Friday night.

After recently attending an event I was completely disappointed in the service my party and I received. I regularly attend this establishment and the service is hit and miss depending on who the management is at the time. Whenever REDDZ is on duty the service is IMPECCABLE! But when she isn’t it’s noticeable before even inquiring. I have to say I apologize for having to make this review because of her stellar performance and the way in which the establishment is run when she is on duty BUT the lack of timely, accurate and upstanding service received when she’s not there isn’t acceptable. That standard of service she sets should be the standard at all times.

The Food was Delicious the atmosphere was great

It's too small for as many "sections". The lady was annoying. We eventually got a section with a bottle, yet it's too small to really enjoy and dance.

The lady was very annoying with repeatedly telling us; in a not nice way, we can't stand ANYWHERE(basically...because if you dont purchase a bottle for section, it only a small dance floor)

Parking: Additional parking in the back...needs more lighting for safety

Reservations weren’t clear but Manger (?) & Staff accommodated me & my 15 guest to enjoy my 66th birthday. Piano Keys has just added more guest because of their hospitality & all of its entertainment, food and space. Everything that I wanted and more!! Thanks for the BEST 66th birthday.

A little shady deals going on in there just a little too much nonsense for me

The place was alright, good Music 🎶 decent DJ, and space. The deal breaker is the drinks! Ridiculous, to charge almost 18.00 for a Mix drink. Very overpriced, more than MGM. And wait time was close to 25 mins for a bartender! Definitely need more Veterans to make drinks. Was too slow taking orders.

Celebrated my 67th birthday there and it was nice. Food was delicious and lady who served us was so beautiful and efficient.

My family and I recently celebrated my mother's birthday and had the time of our lives there. The atmosphere was great, drinks were great, and the food was AMAZING! Chef Kay was excellent! Loved her food!

I went here for a birthday dinner and the vibe, music, and food was great. Only reason for the 4 stars because of the table we were seated that the upper light above the table was not working. I had to asked the waitress for three small lamps to see the menu, see the food, and feel comfortable. Overall, they were friendly and accommodating.
