I order here frequently during my morning drive into the office, and I am always greeted by a kind barista on the speaker. They ask how I am doing before asking my order and the service is speedy. Highly recommend!
Literally my favorite Starbucks to patronize. The service has improved over the last year and is the best I've had at a Starbucks. The drive thru is typically quick (for a Starbucks) even with a long line. I'm giving this location 5 stars for the customer service. There are several baristas who often go above and beyond with their customer service. Even the less "friendly" baristas provide better customer service than the best baristas at most local locations....
The drive thru sucks because it’s always packed lol BUT I love this location so much. The employees are beyond amazing and never fail to make my day with their jokes, upbeat attitudes, or compliments. Plus my coffee is always right and how I like it.
