I used to come here all the time but I just came here and ordered a steak and cheese and it had hamburger meat on it instead of steak I took it back and they insisted that it was steak and not hamburger they even went in the freezer pulled out a hamburger patty and said this is hamburger the they pulled out a pile of ground meat and said it was steak they refused to show me the package it comes in.My last time eating there.

Horrible experience!! They gave me 1 shrimp in my shrimp egg roll, and would not refund my purchase. Ridiculous. $1.65 Do not waste your time and money. Food was meh. Find a better restaurant, with more attentive customer service and much better food!! Horrible!!!!!

Poor customer service and the food don't taste the same and or is often uncooked. Bring back mom and pops that was running the business before 2018. They were the best, great cooks and a great attitude to provide the best customer service! I tried not to rate, but you can't post without at least one star.

Called in $72 order last night for a gathering. As soon as I got home they called back and said the forgot to include an item. I asked if the could include an egg roll to the order for the inconvenience and was told manager wasn't there so she couldn't do it. I told her just to credit my card for the meal. She told me should would give me the egg roll and could I come and get food. When I arrived the same woman "pretended" to put the egg roll in my bag and assured me it was there. Whe I got home ir wasn't. I'm writing this not b/c of the egg roll but the lengths this place would go through to give someone something. Customer service is something they know nothing about. Mainly people of color patronize this establishment and it is still clear they still don't care for us and is not concerned with messing with the hand that feeds them!

I like their fries ?'s so good but it’s just a little too salty. I ordered small Fries and a Sunkist drink the Porshen is good I like it so far.

Walk-in and the guy in the front was blowing his nose then proceeded to touch food and eat a fry out the container he was giving to a customer. He only washed his hand when I called him out on it. He said “I didn’t no food”. He only washes his hands once one his co workers told him to.
They have some of the best Chinese food or food in general that I have tasted in quite some time they are always pleasant my food is always hot and the delivery guy is an angel such a sweet gentleman please if he delivers make sure you tip him he deserves it I am always happy with this restaurant ‼️?

Awful! Placed a order for lunch with my coworker. When I received my food there was spoiled meat. When I called to inform them and to get the issue rectified I was given attitude . There was no regards to the condition of the food .I was told the driver would be coming back to give me my money back and he never came. I will never eat from this place again.

I use to come here often and when I noticed they don’t pay attention to details or how they started skimping with in regards to food proportions. One time they gave me a Steak and cheese on what looks like a hot dog roll. Thus why I felt compelled to document this and give you a complete picture reference. No one is holding them accountable. I don’t even want to begin to speak on cleanliness. I’m just not impressed with the service or lack thereof.
