I have crabbed commercially and recreationally for over 50 years and I never buy crabs…but I did today at Ernie’s and I have to say that these were some of the best crabs I’ve ever had. The gentlemen at the counter are friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable about the different types of crabs found on the West Coast versus the East Coast. I purchased the steamed shrimp a few times and it's so delectable. My 4 yr old also enjoyed the shrimp. They make in-house cocktail sauce, and it is absolutely better than anything you find at a supermarket. They also offer steamed crabs and crab legs. I will try it next; I'm sure they're delectable too.
