Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pizza from here and after eating 1 slice, I happened to look at my next slice and noticed a mouse or rat dropping inside of the bottom crust of my pizza slice. I instantly called the store, it took me 5 tries to get them to answer. Once they answered the phone and I tried telling them what I had found inside my pizza, the worker cut me off and says “I understand what you think you may have saw but it’s burnt cheese” I assured them it absolutely wasn’t burnt cheese, which they told me yet again “I understand what YOU think it is but it IS burnt cheese and all I can offer you is a new pizza” I told them I didn’t want a new pizza, I want my money back which they responded “okay miss ma’am” I told them I could bring the pizza back to them, along with the dropping so they could see for their self it is NOT burnt cheese and their response to me was “….. have a good night miss ma’am” and hung the phone up. They could not have cared any less what was found in my pizza, they were extremely dismissive as if this isn’t a serious health issue, everyone please be aware.

I ordered 2 pizzas and 4 drinks and the guy forgot my drinks and said he would go to the closest gas station to get the drinks and never came back. I got tipped bc I paid online. We have absolutely nothing to drink at my house that's why I ordered so many drinks. I'm livid. And y'all never answer the phone

My daughter placed an order for a personal pepperoni pizza and sprite. During the delivery, the driver never updated his whereabouts. I refreshed the app, just to make sure there wasn’t an error on my end .
The food said delivered rt after!
I checked both doors, walked down the sidewalk to the next house. No food, no driver in sight !!
I called the company line, for them to contact the driver, he told his co worker that his hand accidentally hit delivered . Still waited extra 15 mins for him to pull up to my address. He stated, there was no apartment number … meanwhile he called my phone to let me know he was on the way after being on the line with the company .. so if you pulled up once before, why not use that same number to inform me that you were outside moments ago before placing my order as delivered. Very weird!!

Usually I would say brooklyn park pizza was the best but now store in brooklyn park lazy dried overcooked tastelesspizza i asked for xtra cheese pizzaand bacon and pepperoni they gave me wrong it was dry and cheese pieces was missingLuke warm food this will be the last time I order there unless im there to look. Do it better before yall go out of business.i didnt spend money to have pizza like that I would've went to lil cesars least its not overcooked and you get what you paid for .not everyone can make a pizza

Best thin crust i can get till 12am and always made perfect. My only problem is I ordered something this evening and I specifically asked for it a certain way and of course it wasn't made that way sometimes I wish people would pay more attention to detail when making others food

Terrible they need new management. Nooo gloves there flipping the pizza dough around there arm on there skin and hair on there arms. I walk in and walk out. I don’t understand.

DO NOT ORDER NO MATTER WHAT! SHUT THIS STORE DOWN!!!! EVERYONE HATES IT! Cold! Undercooked! 2hrs to get the pizza though the address is 6 mins from the store.

This is officially a bad dominos location now. They take over an hour to deliver you food. So guess what that means? Ya food is cold as ice. They dont care to remale or even reheat. Last time ordering from here. Use to be such a nice, dependable place. Smh

Been waiting for my order for about 2 hours and 30 minutes and counting very disappointing

If I could give it no stars I would. Ordered at 7:11pm it’s now 9:11pm and still no pizza. Tried to call the store and they won’t answer. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS, I won’t order from here again.

One time got an undercooked pizza, another one, them skimped on the cheese, one time I did curbside and waited 10 mins for them to bring my pizza out. I went inside and waited again and I was looking at my pizza on the rack. The last straw is what made me write this review. I ordered when they opened and forced to have the order delivered at a future time. The food was almost 40 mins late and the delivery address is 4 mins from the store.

We order from this dominos a 3 times a week sometimes & the service is always great & the delivery is lightning fast too!!The only issue I do have is the prices are a little high & they also charge a $5 delivery fee.But other than those 2 things great place!
