Hate Dunkin Donuts!!! Second time around, ordered a medium Strawberry Coolata, supposed to be frozen. I received a Strawberry foam drink, not frozen! Hate this because now nobody answers the phone. They know their service sucks that's why they don't answer their phone. Your service sucks!!! Now America is running from you!!!

Most of the time the coffee is good sometimes it’s not but the real problem that I have is, how do you forget to give someone who orders iced coffee a straw I should not have to keep going in or reminding the workers to give me a damn straw. At first I let it go but whenever it’s someone I have bet seen they give me drinks no straw I wait to see if they remember but they look at me like why am I still here.

This Dunkin location is DEFINITELY NOT my 1st choice if I can help it!Everytime so far that I have been there(which is a few times!),I ALWAYS get the same thing which is 2 coffee cake muffins & a large hot chocolate with 3 pumps a caramel in it.Everytime I have been there the muffins are as hard as a rock!So I don't go there anymore!

Very fast friendly service and very laid back atmosphere
Usually not enough employees working they completely ignore customers trying to pick up a mobile order in the lobby and only pay attention to the drive-through waited 15 minutes inside to pick up an order that has been ordered 20 minutes. Ahead of time got completely ignored when asking for my beverages, I could see you sitting behind the counter had to go through the drive-through to get quicker service.
