I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. The shrimp was completely spoiled—had a terrible smell and was inedible. On top of that, the 'nuegados' were raw and undercooked inside, making them impossible to enjoy. This meal was a complete waste of money, and I expected much better quality. I won't be ordering from here again. To make matters worse, the manager was fully aware of the issue and didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize. This kind of service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

Was very disappointed this visit. We asked the waitress, Rosa, if she would kindly switch the sides instead of rice, and what looked like bean soup, we asked if she would exchange for simply the rice and bean mixture. She refused and said it’s against policy. When no more than two weeks ago, we were in there and it was fine. My suggestion would be to offer the entrées to the customer and choice of sides instead of having pre-selected sides with the entrées. We will not be back!

Very bad service, the waitress who served me today was very abusive and had very bad customer service, I asked to speak with the manager and he did nothing, not even an apology, I do not recommend it due to the bad service

Don’t even bother to go try to eat if you’re expecting to be in a comfortable cool restaurant satisfying atmosphere.
Placed order sat the restaurant was so hot had to order ice and place on head neck. Tryed to ask server to adjust temperature because was sweltering seriously sweat dripping off by time food was placed on table.
For was as always same quality I’m not going to complaining we could not enjoy meal and less then 10 minutes boxed and left.
Very little consideration to keeping reasturant comfortable for customers eat comfotablely.
Service server actually said look at me I’m hot too what it’s not his problem. When asked for manger he stated manger isn’t even here.
For a 60.00 dollar bill and less then 15 mins not able sit eat because no consideration keeping building AC on.
Over all bad experience and wasted food and drinks.
Bring your ice and fan keep yourself cooled for comfort.

Very little communication between Employees and Owners / Today July 4 I called before driving 45 minutes to get to eat and it turns out that it is closed; when they assured me that it was going to close during normal hours.
What a Big Disappointment, a little more communication would not be Msl between them

It's not bad, I've been eating at the place and taking away for a while, the only thing is that sometimes they mix up the orders when it's take away it's not frequent but it does bother a little, the atmosphere is good and also very clean, I don't complain about the food You're welcome, it's very good and the staff is quite respectful.
