I ordered in the drive through and after verifying my order verbally it was still entered incorrectly and I had to correct it. I purchased a side of beans with my order and did not get any utensils in my bag to eat the beans with. Everything about the experience was low average.
I've been to this location a few times and have always liked the food. However, it's been a while so I didn't know they had switched to waffle fries. I usually like this cut of fries in general, but the fries here were flavorless, overcooked, and too crispy. I usually get the fish. Today, the fish portions looked smaller than the last time I was here. Also, the batter was dark. It tasted like the fish was either overcooked or the oil needed to be changed. I hope...
