I never have problems with this store how ever I just got off work pulling a 14 hr shift and all I wanted to do was place and order it’s 10pm on Thursday April 17 2025 they keep telling me to hold on and hanging up on me I called back several times someone would pick the phone up and just hang up ! This is onserd indeed I even tried to tell them they keep hanging up and they still hung up ! The service is really going to crap . Very disappointed and I want to speak to corporate or a manager I order at least once a week from you ! Complete bullshit !

Staff was nice but pizza huts new pan pizza is disgusting. The company has cut corners and is being greedy. The pizza is no longer delicious. Please don’t call that mini circular pizza a pan pizza. I have been a loyal customer since the 80’s but no more. I will get my pizza from Sbarro, Gianni’s, or Squisito from now on. They’re not misleading with the food they offer. So disappointed in pizza huts corporate decisions. The only reason I give service a one star is because of cross contamination. The person who made the pizza went directly to the register, touched his hair several times, and went back to making pizza. No gloves or hand washing. He was nice but that was gross.

We were volunteering for event in City Garage in Baltimore. We realized half way through the event that the caterer was not going to show up. So Pizza from Pizza Hut became our plan B in 1 minute. That was the best decision ever made. They made our order of 15 Pizza in 20 minutes on a very reasonable budget. The only thing we needed to do was dial and press 3- Talk to someone in restaurant (not 1- place order, because that goes to the call center, which wasted some time) A huge shout out to Lisa, Alyssa and Mike from Pizza Hut at 5000 Ritchie Highway, because of them our party was a hit. You guys are the best!!!!!! As always ❤️ Pizza Hut and always recommend it!!
