We were volunteering for event in City Garage in Baltimore. We realized half way through the event that the caterer was not going to show up. So Pizza from Pizza Hut became our plan B in 1 minute. That was the best decision ever made. They made our order of 15 Pizza in 20 minutes on a very reasonable budget. The only thing we needed to do was dial and press 3- Talk to someone in restaurant (not 1- place order, because that goes to the call center, which wasted some time) A huge shout out to Lisa, Alyssa and Mike from Pizza Hut at 5000 Ritchie Highway, because of them our party was a hit. You guys are the best!!!!!! As always ❤️ Pizza Hut and always recommend it!!

I was informed that this location no longer had delivery so I sent my son in a uber to pick up a pizza. He did not bother to check if the pizza was correct as we do not eat meat. I ordered a thin crust veggie pizza. I was at work at the time but when I got home, I realized the pizza hadn’t been demolished per usual. I noticed it was a supreme pizza with regular crust. I called back & spoke to the manager (I think her name was Lisa… my apologies if I’m wrong) however, she went out of her way to remake the correct pizza & even delivered it to my house herself. If that’s not outstanding customer service I dnt know what is. I’ve had mix ups with other pizza places in the area including the Pizza Hut in glen burnie & nobody seemed to care that my $25 went down the drain. I just want to personally thank the Pizza Hut in Brooklyn for going above & beyond for my family & I. We appreciate the customer service, we appreciate the freshly made perfect pizza & most of all for her (the manager) to take the time out of her shift on im sure a quite busy Friday night meant everything! I will not be visiting any other Pizza Huts ever again, Infact this Pizza Hut will be the only pizza place we order from going forward. Again thank you so much since my car is in the shop so I wasn’t able to make it back there. Although I had the whole pizza nobody touched, she ddnt even ask for it back. It’s a shame more places dnt have this type of customer service! If I cld rate u guys 10 stars I totally would. Thank you “Lisa” gosh I hope that was your name. I kno she was the manager on duty that night but it totally skipped mind to write this review until just now. Pizza Hut in Brooklyn u guys rock!!! Much love from church st!

Not really a review type of guy but gotta give props when its due. Went inside, white female was running the store all by herself couldnt catch her name. From cooking to taking orders. At that she was very nice, respectful and welcoming. Got my food within 15 minutes even though it was busy and she was by herself, props to her!

Had a great experience, especially with the Manager Haley. She was very kind and patient. The service was fast and the food was great I would definitely recommend!
Love this location. Haven't written a review before but they are always nice and helpful. The other night when I went in the cashier had just clicked out and still stayed to take my order. It was appreciated. I never have bad service here. They are always willing to offer any deals they have going on and make sure ur order is complete with plates and napkins if u need them.

I ordered dinner from here and doordash was who delivered , I paid the tip in cash and paid for my food on card.
After the doordasher left I received a text claiming that they are needing the rest of the TIP. I informed them that I already paid a tip in cash and I was told my card was being charged additionally for my food AGAIN ($42) and the tip. Mind you I already paid and it was already processed and showing on my account.
Needless to say I let the driver know that they don’t have my consent for any addition charges made to my account. I called the restaurant and LISA AND JACK fixed this for me contacted doordash and has prevented that driver from making any extra charges and delivering from their store again.
Regaurdless of the experience these employees made it right and earned my up most respect and business!!!

I like this pizza but what I don't like is that one from Ispano is left last. My daughter ordered a pizza at around 8:00 they said 8:20 and this one arrived at 8:20 I just watched them arrive and left the pizzas and I was there until 8:55 they gave me mine disappointed I went out and angry
