The worst popeyes location I've ever been to. If you could give it Zero stars they wouldn't be getting a 1. Slow, rude and never have anything ready. Please pull up and wait. Let me know that when I'm at the speaker. I'll get something that's ready. And I guess he's the manager he had the shirt on but he's crazy. Mad at me because I don't want to wait and wanted a refund. We have spicy ready. If I wanted spicy i would have ordered that. I'm surprised it's that many 5 star reviews. Not enough 1. Never again

I didn't go inside so the atmosphere is null.
As far as everything else. We purchased a family meal and we were given two different sides than we ordered when we checked our food before leaving (Something everyone should do) and when we brought it to their attention they got MAD. Like REALLY, REALLY MAD! Why? Your guess is as good as mine. Then we found out they didn't have my side item. All I said was why didn't they say something and they got defensive. Needless to say I won't be returning. You know I was told that Popeyes was a dying company and now ( if it's true) I can see why.

gave all wings in a damily pack, and charged extra for the Mac and cheese that didn't have noodles, all cheese soup. called many times to speak to a manager, with no answer. try to resolve through corporate with no contact from the owner or general manager. honestly, I will never return.
also previously I arrive at 11am one day and they refused to take orders although it was open business hours. this place has gone down hill, and I would eat trash over this.

Had to wait 3 mins at the speaker before they answered me. Get to the window the guy was by him self doing everything. When he gave me my food I asked to please make sure everything was there he said yes but they for got my 2 cheese cakes. The Manger did not apologized for the inconvenience and acted like I was wrong for even telling him I was missing food

the managers are so rude when you come to them with a problem

This particular place is in brooklyn maryland. Ain't not so nice or clean neighborhood. But It's in this cute little plaza that has these doctors offices. And I figured why not? They made my food fresh for me. It was so hot. I couldn't even eat it. I had to let it cool off, Juicy delicious and the price was actually reasonable.
