Last year there was major issues with the store they closed, they remodeled, and it appears they changed all of their policy and procedures as to what it should be. I travel all throughout the state of Maryland for my job and I frequent a lot of different subways and sub shops. I went in here on Saturday in the morning and I was blown away. They were freshly slicing meat in front of me restrooms were accessible, and the place was really clean. Customer service was on point. The store should be a role model for all of the other subways. Thank you for making corrective action.

New owner are very rude I called about because door Dash received the wrong order he told me to call the driver and hung up on me I will not be ordering from that store again I have always ordered from there but not anymore the new owners are rude

I work all throughout the state of Maryland. I frequent a lot of sub shops subway at this location. The staff appears to be very rude. The place seems to be unsanitary. I have visited this location several times throughout the year and whenever I try to use the restroom, they advise me no public restroom or it’s broken. I believe Maryland law states that if you have indoor dining, you must have accessible restroom for customers to use this subway is in violation of state laws and should be closed. Staff needs to be retrained. I will be contacting corporate office along with the health department

I have not been to Subway in a long time, I needed a bite to eat and when I went in I could not hear the lady and had to repeatedly ask for her to speak up. And they asked me if I was related to my sister, when I said yes they all gave me dirty looks I brushed it off thinking nothing of it. I got the rest of my food made and paid then I come to fine out that I am banned?????? Like idk what I did I didn't cus I didn't throw nothing. I was as polite as possible? I answered yes and no questions? And the last thing i said was thank you and try to keep your sanity today. Like I say to my own co-workers?????? How is that banned Worthy? Like literally that's all I did? They said I was being rude how is that rude for real?

They have taken the hots away for ur subs. I don't know if this is all the Subways, but the Brooklyn Park Subway discontinued the hots. I know it's mostly kids that work there or young adults, but their manners need a little work. Very rude, no patience, and acts as if the customers are bothering them. I take my mom there at least once a week. She can't see or hear very well and those kids have no respect.

It's sub way cannot expect to much. A lot of bread filled with slim toppings. 3 employees there and only one was working. One decided to go on break instead of helping team mate. There was a line. Finally other girl helped.
