I ordered beef chow fun. I am a bit disappointed. They overcooked the chow fun. It is mushy and wet. Good chow fun is bit dry and also you can pick up the rice noodles in big pieces. If you can pick them up, that means it is over cooked. A lot of places tend to overcook it. Cantonese style has the best chow fun- big pieces and not over cooked and has a lot of flavor .
Love the simplicity of the place and the rich flavor of the food, love coming here for take out because of how simple, easy, and delicious the food is! Every time you come here, you will leave with a very full stomach and even some left overs

Update: something was OFF tonight! Ordered General Tsao Shrimp. The shrimp was too big rubbery and soggy and the sauce was really bland. Even the broccoli was off. YUCK!
