The selection of flavors it not good. Service is not friendly. They do not have most items on the menu and if you order them online , they will serve you something that you did not order if they didn't have what you ordered.

My daughter and I recently discovered this place, and we've been going frequently for the ice cream. The price was reasonable, and the selection was decent. There's one employee that is consistently rude to us, but we've been willing to put up with her attitude until the recent price increase. Almost nine dollars for two single scoops? Luckily there's other options in our area.

Horrible customer service and really bad attitudes. Been here multiple times and every time it gets worse.First time my boyfriend ordered ice cream in a dish because he's allergic to gluten and it came out in an everything wafflecone which he couldn't eat. We tried going to the front door to tell them. The door was locked and they refused to come and answer. We couldn't go through the drive through because everyone was lined up for dunkin.Second time was just as bad. Customer service was terrible. Door was still locked and the attitudes were bad. They were out of every simple flavor I asked for. Then as we were waiting on our order they tried charging us twice and they supposedly just ran out of whipped cream and all the ingredients I ordered. Again still charging us for stuff we never recieved/ordered.Do not eat here!

This location has superbly improved in the past two months in terms of "keeping up with orders and providing napkins and offering good customer service. However, they always fall short with serving proper serving of the snacking bacon as stated in the app and on the menu. I'm paying for 8 pieces (which equals 4 regular size( but rarely ever get that at this location and in addition to not getting an adequate serving, a lot of times they throw in a bunch of broken pieces to make one slice, and sometimes the bacon is wiggly and undercooked. I've complained many times to corporate and don't see consistent imorovement, so I usually drive to the Dunkin location in Jefferson if I have the extra time. (Bummer the Jefferson location closes an hour earlier too, (8pm) Also, you can't even use the receipt info for this location in Brunswick to offer a review right to Dunkin. It doesn't recognize the store number. Another issue Dunkin hasn't fixed since the location opened. Bottom, line, serve your customers the serving amount they are paying for rather than practicing fake advertising or update the portion sizes in the app. Not good feeling like your being ripped off.

This review is regarding the Baskin Robbins connected to this location.Our group was extremely disappointed in the customer service we were provided. To begin, the young man assisting us shared that they will not make any of the sundaes listed on the website. He then proceeds to give all of us the "kiddie" sized cup of ice cream. He didn't say anything about being out of single scoop cups until we questioned him on why we got the wrong size. He said they were all out of the one scoop sized cups but that he "put more ice cream in the cups to equal it out." We asked for 3 single scoop cups, and one kiddie cup. He then proceeds to charge us for 4 double sized scoop cups. There was no regard or consideration to pricing or customer satisfaction. Our order was handed to us without spoons, or without the gentleman even letting us know where to find the spoons. Overall, an absolutely awful experience and we will not be returning. Zero stars is not an option but I would have preferred to give this location zero stars.

Sorry for the novel, but this was just poor customer service. This is a new location and I was unable to find the hours of operation online. Not a big deal of course. All other locations in the area said 10:00pm, so I figured this one would be the same. I drove 15 minutes and showed up at 9:00pm ready for some ice cream, only to be greeted by a locked door with a sticker telling me that the hours of operation did in fact go until 10:00pm. Again, no big deal. There could very well have been a legitimate reason for closing early, but I wouldn’t get to know because the employees chose to ignore me when I knocked on the door to ask. They looked right at me and continued to clean as if they couldn’t see or hear me. One employee went as far as to wheel food racks from the back up front to block the door while I stood there in plain view. I turned around to leave and saw three other cars that had just pulled up with the same expectations that I had. I told them all not to bother getting out of their cars, and just went home.
