Lovely location in an old church with lots of seating and interesting things to look at on the wall. Drinks were hot and made to order. Hot chocolate was disappointing.

Definitely a unique atmosphere with many comfortable places to sit down at. I had their Roma sandwich with mozzarella, tomatoes, spinach, and marinara sauce to dip it in. Delicious and fresh! I had lunch here during Brunswick Railroad Days and this place was convenient being in the middle of many of the street filled with vendors. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they even immediately gave me a cup of ice while my soda was a little warm. I’d come back here again.

29SEPT.2025 Nestled back off of a semi-beaten path, not too far from the C & O canal in a little town of Brunswick, MD is a truly authentic, quaint(ish) coffee shop that at one point in life served as a church. Lovely stained glass windows and the centuries old architecture is beautiful.
The vibe is welcoming and charming at the same time. The breakfast croissant 🥐 sandwich I had was yummy. So light and airy. My hot chai latte w/lavender ☕️ was delicious.
There are a couple of spot to sit downstairs, or upstairs to enjoy the music being played, study, enjoy your coffee, food, etc. The view from upstairs is nice. Customer service was so welcoming and friendly as the customers. A wonderful experience.

Service wasn't there when we visited. We waited to order at the counter while both staff members washed dishes. I ordered two coffees and two pastries for dine in and was told we couldn't have a mug because they weren't washing anymore, we would have to order takeout. We went to the coffee table and the cream and the coffee urn were both empty. After we got coffee/cream we went back to the counter because we never got our pastries. The table where we sat had lettuce/tomato and other food crumbs on it. The pastry was great and the building was amazing, but don't expect attentive service or clean surroundings.

This place is the cutest little coffee shop I’ve ever been to! We got the hummus and pita chips and a tomato, basil, and mozzarella sandwich — oh my god they were divine! Service was fast and friendly, too!

Authentic, great customer service and yummy breakfast sandwiches. I was in/out in no time on a Wednesday morning. Cycling to finish the C & O Towpath the croissant with egg, bacon, & cheese was delicious. Conveniently located near the towpath.

The building is really cool, the BLT I had hit the spot, but the coffee and vibe is just so so.. Ive never thrown away a coffee that was remade, but the half sweet dirty chai (half the powder) I got was truly undrinkable because it was so sweet. Tasted like a cheap brand you’d get from Cisco. A lot of room for improvement in this place. No craft coffee, just Torani type syrups and subpar beans. Not super warm environment where you’d want to stay around and do work and hang out… Would LOVE if they upped their game. They’ve got the location and charm down. This place would crush it if it improved the interior design, got rid of the tchotke stands, maybe put some speciality offerings on the menu (house made syrups, chai, nitro cold brew, anything), cozier sitting areas, etc. Just needs a little creativity and attention to detail and it’d be more enticing as a coffee shop.

So not really a real restaurant, but more of a coffee shop with some entrees, this is a cool unique place. I only got a brownie and a soda, but it was good, service was excellent and inside is very unique. A must if you are in town or the area, and the staff couldn't have been nicer.
