My friend and I made a special trip to visit Beans in the Belfrey for lunch. We needed our sandwiches to be made without certain ingredients. That wasn't an option because all sandwiches are pre-made. I don't believe pre-made sandwiches are the same as "made fresh" which is the description used on it's website. My friend ordered a pre-made turkey sandwich which she enjoyed. I opted for crab dip which was satisfying. Bottom line...the food was average....

Definitely a unique atmosphere with many comfortable places to sit down at. I had their Roma sandwich with mozzarella, tomatoes, spinach, and marinara sauce to dip it in. Delicious and fresh! I had lunch here during Brunswick Railroad Days and this place was convenient being in the middle of many of the street filled with vendors. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they even immediately gave me a cup of ice while my soda was a little warm. I’d come back here again.

29SEPT.2025 Nestled back off of a semi-beaten path, not too far from the C & O canal in a little town of Brunswick, MD is a truly authentic, quaint(ish) coffee shop that at one point in life served as a church. Lovely stained glass windows and the centuries old architecture is beautiful.

The vibe is welcoming and charming at the same time. The breakfast croissant 🥐 sandwich I had was yummy. So light and airy. My hot chai latte w/lavender ☕️ was delicious.
