This Burger King has the best fries. They are always hot and perfectly salted. We’ve never had any issues with an order being incorrect. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. If you’re craving a fresh and hot Whopper then I highly recommend going the the Brunswick Burger King. You Rule!

Ordered a Whopper junior meal with extra onions. Got a dry burger with extra lettuce. I understand hiring kids.,But the least you can do is be sure they know the difference between onions and lettuce. Of the Three meals we ordered the only part that was right were the fires. Do better Burger King. Don't advertise Have it your way. Then not follow thru.

I wanted one of the specials they had 3 options but were out of one. So I placed my order for the street corn burger then I got the wrong food at the drive thru. I called and let them know and I asked if I could come get the right meal and then they proceeded to tell me that they were out of the food I wanted. I asked for a refund and they told me that the only way to do that was for me to drive back. I drove back and ended up getting the last option. What really bothers me is the disregard that they had to wasting my time due to their ineptitude. The manager said "I guess I can give you 10% off" and rang me up. It ended up being 75 cents off. 75 cents is not really worth the aggrevation and waste of time. Just do your job properly and this could be avoided.
I'm not a fan of ordering food and being made to wait in the front of the place for 20-30 minutes only to have to walk in myself to ask where it's at, then having to wait another 5-10 for the order to be made. I understand it's high-school kids working most likely. Though with Burger king already being low quality and overpriced in general. To just get a mediocre apology and no offer of any sort of coupon or discount as a courtesy is terrible. If you want fast food just go the the McDonalds or Roy Rogers near it. At least then you have a better chance of getting your overpriced slop without any issues.

Fast food ran by underpaid teenagers with very little concern or respect for customers. Food quality and accuracy is extremely hit or miss. Store is usually clean at least. If beige was a food, it would be burger king.

If you want to go here, just go somewhere else honestly. Now, admittedly it’s usually teenagers here. So I’ve given so very much grace. The last two times tho, including today, there was an adult manager working the pass and it was still wrong. We’ve been here for 3 years now. BK isn’t a go to for our family, so it’s pretty amazing that every time we have gone, things are missing. It’s not just one thing either. It can be 2 things out of a small 6 thing order. It’s frustrating and I’m tired of giving this place money for stuff I never received.

The most awful food i’ve ever tasted. The fries had hair in it. the sandwiches had hair in it. the drinks even had hair in them. when we complained the manager came out and said slurs at us.
