Ordered chicken Marsala for pick up - got home to open it up, and found virtually no Marsala sauce, no garlic like usual, it came almost bone dry. Called them up to let them know and asked them if I could bring in the old one to swap in and get a new one. The manager on duty insisted that I had to bring in the old one and they would “fix” it, but I could absolutely not have a fresh new one.
