Although the service was good and the workers were kind and quick, I was very disappointed when I received my five tenders and saw there was only one sauce in the bag. When I asked for an additional condiment, because most other fast food restaurants give at least two dipping sauces when you order chicken nuggets or tenders, they informed me that unfortunately I would have to pay $0.30 for any additional sauce or condiment if I wanted another one. Since I had already charged my card and I didn't have cash, I opted to forgo the extra sauce but one measly sauce container for five large chicken tenders seemed ridiculous to me. I know it is not the fault of the service workers but it was annoying enough for me to not want to order from or visit Roy Rogers in the future. If you like sauce with your tenders and don't want to pay $0.30 for an additional condiment when they only give you one, this may not be the place for you. I actually never even do reviews but I was annoyed enough to take the time to do this one.

We love Roy Rogers, but not Brunswick. Worst food ever. They used day or two old side dishes. Macaroni was so crunchy and dry, my friend couldn't eat it. My biscuit was so hard I could only eat the center and the cole slaw was old and withered. I will say the chicken was fresh and tasty. And the bathrooms smelled horrible, like urine and marijuana. You could smell it when you came through front door. We will not go back.

Sorry… the Bun was SOGGY, the Roast Beef was MUSHY. . Pretty AWFUL. The condiment table had sauses all over in the front of it .. Hardly any customers but guess the staff didn’t notice it..I wiped it all off myself. Will NEVER go to another one.. ever. Learn from Arby’s.
