Ill start by saying I like Roys but this location has to be the worse I ever visited. First thing is it smells horrible, there’s an obvious plumbing issue to the right of the registers. The bathrooms are always dirty and there is a urine smell as soon as you walk into the first set of doors. Today I visited to get my daughter a meal and they didn’t even have chicken ready at 5pm. I tired of being disappointed by this location I will never return.

Three employees were working two young men and one young woman. They were not nice and very disrespectful. The employees I had have always been nice but not on this day. I am elder and when I went here with my two friends we wanted to get desert. I ordered a strawberry shortcake my friend ordered a hot fudge sundae with my last friend ordering a vanilla milkshake because they were out of chocolate. They then told us after we payed they had no more vanilla ice cream probably because of the vanilla milkshake. I then asked for strawberry ice cream with my strawberry shortcake cake. My friend then asked for cookies and cream ice cream after they offered it which was not displayed on the menu. After everything we got a strawberry short cake with no ice cream. Hot fudge with STRAWBERRY ice cream and then a vanilla milkshake. We did order coffee as well but had to go back up and ask for it because they did not have any intention of giving us our coffee. We spent way too much money for this and I do not recommend getting dessert here. Big takeaway never dine in to eat absolutely disgusting inside along with it being very cold and they prioritize the drive thru.
