Worse customer service. I said I didn't want avocado the woman rolled her eyes at me. Wipe it off and was really pissed at me. Online orders were going off she then walked away from me I was like ok then. She slid my wrap to the veggie person and began slamming bread down for the online orders.

Deserving of their low ratings. They don't slice the meat in front of you as stated in new commercials. Veggies are not fresh. To top it all off, they don't accept Subway's nationwide coupon promotions!

You pay extra for double meat and you get almost NO MEAT on your sub! Never again will I order through the app like they press you to do! In person only so I can check my food!

Doesn't accept official Subway coupons, according to employee. I assume this is the franchise owner's greedy decision. App correctly loaded with a $10 coupon, employee and/or equipment totally failed at getting it to work, therefore we couldn't use it. Nowhere close to the highway; don't be fooled by the signs. It was clean inside and the food was good quality for Subway. But it was overall a frustrating stop.

Order online 3 subs 2 meatball and one steak & cheese outlaw due to it had more meat... SO I THOUGHT! Picked them up and headed home. Opened them up the meatballs and they seemed like a normal subway sandwich. Opened the Outlaw Pro Cheese steak as you can see in the picture just bits of beef. I had my daughter go back in and how them the sandwich with no meat and the receipt. The lady rolled her eyes and the man apologized and just threw some meat on it heated it back up and rewrapped it. Thanks for the meat I originally ordered and the newly heated lettuce.

Straight garbage. Buddy works pest control and is in there constantly. He tells me never to go and I tell him to stop ruining it for me. Wellllll... Walked in with a coupon still good for 3 subs for $17. AFTER making it all, they tell me no coupons per the owner. Pointed to the SUBWAY logo and said it's still good. We just stared at each other a bit. They still said no so I walked out. $24 order of wasted food.

This is a pretty solid Subway. One of the ladies that works here is super nice, very helpful. A couple of others, less so. I mean Subway is a bit questionable with their meat and veggie freshness, but this particular one seems to be on the upper end of things.

I thought maybe the reviews here - which are pretty bad - were just really old and the store had cleaned up its act. Nope. Service was sub-zero and condescending as Hell. The sandwich is a set deal right? Only if you are right on too of the server. I asked for a touch of oil and got a ton. And the language difference made it nearly impossible to communicate. I was speaking English and the server was from another generation. If you are too good to make sandwiches for people then get another job. Where is the management?

The place was neat and clean and well maintained. The sub was as usual good. We are vegetarians and sometimes while traveling it becomes hard to find a place with vegetarian options. Subway always comes to our rescue.
