The pizza is pretty good but customer service is not. I called to a pick up pizza like I have done for years. Today I was told to go online to order because I can't get specials over the phone anymore. Hard to do when you are driving. I said I didn't care. I ended up getting a sales pitch about ordering online. Hung up. Called back to speak to a manager and was told this new policy is to reduce labor costs. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time!!! We also had boneless wings, and they were great also!!!! Highly recommend!!! We need you to open a place in Martinsburg!!
We drive 40 minutes to get the Buffalo chicken pizza, the only dissatisfying thing is they changed it from the tenders to grilled chicken and it is definitely not the same thing we used to love. Sometimes if you request the change they will do it but not consistently : /
