Got my order wrong (receipt was correct). Hair in my fries. Bathroom looked and smelled like it wasn't cleaned for a month. (Urine all over the floor, sink coated with grime)

All I wanted was two Hershey Sundae pies. They said they were not taking orders because their system was down. Booo!!! Do better. I had to go to McDonald's across the street and get two apple pies. Not the same. Thank you McDonald's.

Worst BK I have ever been in. Handycap parking is in back of restraunt, side doors were locked and handycaped people have to walk around the building through the parking lot to get to the front door. Server was very rude. Bathroom was VERY dirty and smelled of urine and it was like walking through puddles of urine in there. My advice is to AVOID this place.

Sunday Mourning
Just got home with my food and it has little to no toppings on the burger. If you're out of something you should let ppl know so they can opt for something else. I basically paid $12 for a dry burger. And then when you call to complain, it goes straight to voicemail with a full inbox.

6/17/2025 10pm. Just close this store for the love of God! Most inconsistent quality of food! If I was a stray cat, I would not eat out their dumpster. Cold, nasty food. No pride in service! I've tried for the last time with them. Was thinking of giving the food to my dog, but don't want her to suffer. Close or revamp the store.

Excellent service at the drive through from Val. Patient, accommodating, and kind. That’s rare these days for a drive through experience. The food was also fresh, tasty, and quick! Definitely recommend this location!

Bathroom absolutely reeks of piss. They need to hire a janitor, as I suspect the issue is coming from the gas station next door denying use of their bathroom, so this bathroom experiences high traffic.
