The frozen drinks machine is ALWAYS down here!!! This is ridiculous. Just save yourself sometime and go across the street to McDonald's where their machines are always working.
Months later, I revisited this location and pulled in the drive thru and no one acknowledged me at the menu speaker board. I stated "hello" several times and even blew my horn but no one said a word. I backed out and pulled into the next drive thru lane when someone finally acknowledged my presence...smh.

The gentleman Tywon, server working in drive through, provided excellent customer service. I ordered a hamburger not knowing it was a plant based burger. He took it upon himself to explain what I ordered to ensure that what I wanted. He was polite and patient and very helpful in retaking my order. I wished we had more of people like Tywon. Thanks.

I have been here 4 times total and EVERY TIME they have messed up my order. Not only that but the mozzarella sticks taste like they have been sitting on a counter for several hours and their shake machine is constantly broken.

I don't often review fast food places, but we come here a lot and it's always clean. The people are always super nice and my kids are always thrilled to be here (and the staff interacts with them which is great. Kids aren't everyone's cup of tea and that's completely fine. They can be annoying ? ). We love it here. And the drink machine is one of those cool mix-and-match-any-flavor ones.

But I got there for breakfast and the only other person in the lobby had coffee I don't even think it was from there and she had something playing on some sort of an electronic thing she brought I don't know whether it was a tablet or what but they also had something playing with your supposed to be able to listen to and eat your food and she had something blaring which made it very uncomfortable in there today
