“This is my home store so I visit here often with my kids. I wanted to give a special appreciation for a particular crew member by the name of "Erica." She goes above and beyond when my kids order frozen drinks by making them nice, neat and colorful. They really enjoy the presentation and now specifically ask for her by name when placing their orders. Great Customer Service to "Erica!!"“

“First time here on a Friday night. We had reservations that were mixed up. Even though the restaurant was expected to be full they accommodated the 6 of us. The owner came over to greet us. I told him that this was my first visit. (Everyone else had been several times) Oh then he proceeded to bring bite size samples for me to try. He then offered up suggestions as to what I need to have for an appetizer, main course and even dessert. Food bursts with flavor. But the real experience here was the service. First class. Thank you all for the dining experience.“

“I am always in search of a good burger. This place did not disappoint. I had the classic cheeseburger. It was huge and so tasty. The brioche bun was perfect. I added tater tots and they were crispy and hot. I highly recommend this place! Also good to note...the store was very clean.“

“This place is cozy, lots of TV screens if you’re into sports ( or the Chive channel like my kid). Wings are delicious, brisket cheesesteak is a sin of gluttony and I love every bite. Mac and Brussels sprouts rock. They have a hot sauce selection behind the bar for the adventurous, and they’re supportive if you make a mistake 🤣 ( kid has a higher tolerance than I do!).“

“Really impressed with this IHOP. We went on November 11 for the free meal for military & veterans. Our server, Tsinge, was very professional and excelled in serving us. She got us another order of eggs for my husband when he was unhappy with his runny eggs. We hardly eat out at a breakfast place or out in general, yet this was one of our best experiences. I loved my fish fillet & shrimp platter. We plan to come here again during Christmas season.“

“I had a great experience at IHOP! While they're known for pancakes, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their chicken quesadillas and shrimp and fries were. The quesadillas were packed with flavor, cheesy, and perfectly grilled, while the shrimp were crispy and well-seasoned. The fries were hot and fresh, making for a satisfying meal.
Beyond the food, the customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and quick. The staff made sure everything was perfect and checked in regularly.
Overall, a great visit with tasty food and top-notch service. Definitely coming back!“

“The food and service are always good there, and, in keeping with this location's consistency, the MOD is always surly and unkempt. Fortunately, it doesn't appear that her attitude outwardly affects the performance of the staff. Kudos to them and their dedication to service with a smile!!!!
Dietary restrictions: Egg whites v. yolked eggs, turkey v. beef options, food cooked to order (i.e. no sodium)
Kid-friendliness: Kids love the offerings on the kids' menu! It looks as though it has most everything their little hearts could desire.“

“The smash burger was incredible. I liked the sauce that they put in the burger it had a kick of pepper in it. The fries were tasty. And it cost around 10$ for the meal. Nora was very kind to us. I love the service. Definitely coming back again.“

“On 9/19/24 around 8:30pm I went thru the drive thru window to order an Impossible Whopper sandwich. I was shocked when the employee on the microphone snapped at me saying "We ain't got no Impossible Whopper!" I was surprised by her abrupt and disrespectful tone in letting me know they didn't have Impossible Whoppers available at that time. I repeated back to her what she said thinking she'd recognize her error. She didnt....she repeated what she said. Burger King employees definitely need to be trained better. That encounter truly bothered me. The drive thru wasn't busy....there was only one car in front of me. Smh
Update: November 16th, went to the drive thru window after not patronizing this location since September. What a great improvement, based on the employee, JUSTIN, who took my drive thru order. Justin was courteous, pleasant and prompt. He is definitely an asset. Loved interacting with him. Based on tonight's experience with such great customer service from Justin, I changed my rating.“

“Had an issue with the app. CiCi the manager accessed the issue and made things right with a smile. She was polite, attentive and understanding. She even pointed out the survey on the back of the receipt for free food, who doesn’t like free food? Shiiiddddd, My big back self love free food! Haha. Her customer service skills are very exceptional. I appreciate you CiCi, keep being great! Her team has great customer service skills as well.“

“Haven’t had anything besides their wings and I’ve gotta say they’re delicious. Garlic parm was great! Garlic pepper was on the stronger side of flavoring, I liked them but didn’t love them. Friendly customer service from all three front cashiers. Wish I caught their names. Will be back for sure!“

“What an ingenious idea!!!! Three restaurants in one, in this hidden gem! American, Mexican and Italian all in one kitchen and it works so very well! We had to get something from each menu! The Dyfre's Double Trouble burger is HUGE and so mouth wateringly delicious! The LA Taqueria DC Carne asada fries are a meal in its own. The Bella Vita Pizza Antipasto pizza is out of this world!“

“Haven't had a bad burger here, and I mean...it's Five Guys, so fries are just par for the course. Not necessarily going to be mind-bogglingly transcendent for your palate, but if you're craving fries and a burger, it'll be predictable and satisfying.“

“Got the new fish sandwich. Came out piping hot. The roll was soft. Very fresh fish with light and crispy batter. Tartar sauce was good, just wish I had a bit more. Sandwich comes with cheese. The size of the fish exceeded the bun. Best fish sandwich from a fast food joint I've ever had. Well done Roy's!“

“I love love Applebee's. This visit lost one star on food due to my steak being smaller than usual and only getting 4 shrimp. It was tasty as usual though. The blackberry lemonade much drink was surprisingly good, and only $5! Wait time was 20 minutes for a party of 2 but food was out fast.“

“If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I live in another state and frequently visit America's Best Wings in my home state. To say that the wings at this ABW in Fort Washington are absolutely the best I ever had, is an understatement. This is my new favorite place to eat when I head north to Maryland. And the service was great.“

“I was here a few weeks ago for a quick breakfast pick up. The gentleman that served me was very kind and polite. The coffee was perfect and the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was good, the hash brown was not greasy, it hit the spot as I was traveling. What was really nice is it was very clean.“

“The gentleman Tywon, server working in drive through, provided excellent customer service. I ordered a hamburger not knowing it was a plant based burger. He took it upon himself to explain what I ordered to ensure that what I wanted. He was polite and patient and very helpful in retaking my order. I wished we had more of people like Tywon. Thanks.
