“Wonderful employees (including manager). Super clean and great food. It’s so cold in here, it’s uncomfortable to eat inside, however. Even employees are wearing coats to stay warm. Would give 5 star rating if this restaurant had some heat.“

“PlayPlace!!! Wow it's so hard nowadays (2025) to come across a McDonald's that has a Play place. Definitely brings back memories from when I was a child. “I had an early lunch today with a friend at The Burger Shack. Staff was exceptional. The burger cooked perfectly and the fries were awesome and not greasy. We also had a salad with our meal and opted for the house ranch which is homemade in house, delicious! Overall 10 out of 10. I will be back as I prefer this establishment to other burger restaurants.“

“I come here often. So often I rack up points. Today I wasn't able to use my points or receive additional points because the cashier didn't know how it worked. Usually they just ask me for my cellphone number and viola!! However, today it was not so In the present climate these little incentives matter to me. Otherwise, they are always courteous, nice, welcoming and professional. The food is good and I appreciate that they keep my snacks replenished (The homemade pork skins). Hopefully next time, I'll be able to use my points.“

“Service was great, and the steak tips with eggs were point on! Steak was a perfect medium, and the grilled onions had a little crunch left.
I don't know why I often think that IHOP is nothing special. This is so wrong because my past dining experience with IHOP is always positive. The most recent, steak tips and eggs, was one of the best meals that I have had in a while.
I will definitely go more often.“

“On 9/19/24 around 8:30pm I went thru the drive thru window to order an Impossible Whopper sandwich. I was shocked when the employee on the microphone snapped at me saying "We ain't got no Impossible Whopper!" I was surprised by her abrupt and disrespectful tone in letting me know they didn't have Impossible Whoppers available at that time. I repeated back to her what she said thinking she'd recognize her error. She didnt....she repeated what she said. Burger King employees definitely need to be trained better. That encounter truly bothered me. The drive thru wasn't busy....there was only one car in front of me. Smh

Update: November 16th, went to the drive thru window after not patronizing this location since September. What a great improvement, based on the employee, JUSTIN, who took my drive thru order. Justin was courteous, pleasant and prompt. He is definitely an asset. Loved interacting with him. Based on tonight's experience with such great customer service from Justin, I changed my rating.“

“So let me start off by saying my server Kendall V was fantastic, I ordered tacos and she brought me extra napkins without me saying anything but the only thing that concerned me was how I was seated at a dirty table by another server.I worked in food service before and you should never sit someone down at a dirty table. Just thought that the manager should know,It’s a learning experience for sure!“

“I ordered a meal for my husband and I late on 11/21 because I had back injections earlier that day and I woke up starving. Ordered pick up online, specific sides and directions. My husband picked the food up after 11-it was 😢 terrible. My grilled cheese burger was too salty to eat, the fries were old and disgustingly hard, they didn’t give my husband the right side. We couldn’t eat the meal, only the mozzarella sticks. We took it back the next morning-all the uneaten food ready to give them the business-we have over 35 combined years in food service mgt. They quickly got a mgr and Patrina was AMAZING. She was respectful, took accountability immediately and volunteered to personally remake the entire order. She was kind, believed us, gave us strawberry lemonade while we waited and produced the correct order wonderfully made. She is the only reason I will try again with this location, thank you 🙏🏽 so much! I appreciate your professionalism, kindness and training because you did everything right!“

The Dyfre's Double Trouble burger is HUGE and so mouth wateringly delicious! The LA Taqueria DC Carne asada fries are a meal in its own. The Bella Vita Pizza Antipasto pizza is out of this world!“

“Enroute back to Savannah, GA, my son and I stopped here because IHop is one of my son's favorite spots. They were having issues with their system, but still maintained their professionalism. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. She made sure our orders were correct. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast and my son had the kids silver dollar pancakes. Before I could even ask for a refill, she already was bringing a new glass with our drink. Great spot and excellent service. What more could you want.“

To say that the wings at this ABW in Fort Washington are absolutely the best I ever had, is an understatement. This is my new favorite place to eat when I head north to Maryland.
