I first ordered pizzas they looked as if they had a little bit of cheese, I never would've called but it was bad, a team member said bring the pizzas back, when I arrived they tried to tell me cheese is under the sauce and one pizza was old, I said then you gave me old pizza, I told them don't play me smh I received the replacement pizza's and they were right

I ordered carryout via carside delivery through the app. I got there waited for my order to be ready, and in 2 minutes the pizza tracker said my order was ready. I saw as the employees stared at me as I sat in my car waiting for over 10 minutes for my food and nothing. They had even marked in the system that they gave me my order but no I sat there waiting. I went in and was told that my order was already given to me. They saw me sitting in my car hazard lights flashing and nothing. A customer pulls up next to me he got his pizza delivered to him but me no. They found my order sitting on the side and handed it to me. Worst customer service! Worst tasting food cuz it was cold! All around crap Do not recommend this Domino's! I should also say I reluctantly spent $40 on crap service and crap food. I've told my family no more Dominos!

I ordered two pizzas that are supposed to be $6.99 each for "any" two toppings ordered online. However, when I selected bacon as one of my two toppings, I was charged $7.99. I spoke with the manager on duty after I arrived at the store and he indicated they charge more for certain selections although they publicly advertise something else. To be fair, the pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. However, this is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISHONEST, AND FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

I have been ordering from this Domino’s on Indian Hwy, Bryans Road, as of late delivery has been close to an hour. The pizza has been warm at best and nasty. I went into the store (18 August 2024, between 1:25 pm - 1:45 pm) to speak with the manager, ask the employee near the back who was the manager and he pointed to the employee behind the register who was helping another customer. The employee then ask if I was there to pick up an order. I stated I wanted to speak to the manager and that the guy standing behind him said he was the manager. He pointed to another employee who was the manager and the look of being irritated on his face remained the entire time, as I spoke politely to him explaining the 20% coupon was to be applied, but instead a 15% coupon was applied. He says they don’t have anything to do with it and that I would need to contact Domino’s corporate office. I said thank you and he didn’t acknowledge my saying that at all. If you don’t like being in a job where you know you have to deal with customers, recommend finding another job. I will no longer be ordering from Domino’s.

The order took less time than scheduled. Omarion made the order just right. The pick up was quick with no hassle. Everyone e was polite and professional. Will definitely be back!
This dominos store has been our go to for many years, but not this time. They made a mistake and put cheese on one of our pizzas that we requested no cheese due to a dairy allergy. Again we order from this store regularly. I even tipped 15%. I called and spoke to Terron who tried to tell me what I ordered which I knew, and I explained to him it’s the thin crust pizza. He asked which of the three options I wanted. I said I wanted a remake and he stated it would take 30-40 min for delivery. It literally took almost 1.5hours for my remake. Then when I received it, it was burnt in some areas, cold, and about three slices were stuck to the top fold of the box. I don’t know what’s going on but this is absolutely a disgrace. I’ve never had terrible service like this. I will be writing corporate about this also. If you are unhappy with being in a customer service job, please change and do something else, if you cannot, find a way to make the best of it. A customer should not pay for your mistake by receiving horrible service and food that they paid for, on top of giving a tip. This experience made me want to never order from here again after being a paid customer for many years. Save your money, patience, and frustration. Go somewhere else unless they change management and employees.

I placed a carside deliver today. When I got to the restaurant, I waited until the app said my order was ready. At that moment, I clicked I’m here so the two minute timer would start. Two minutes later at 805pm the app said the order was Complete however I didn’t have my order. At 809 I went inside the store and inquired. I was told that it still wasn’t ready and was coming out of the oven. When asked about the free pizza I was told the app isn’t their fault and that the pizza just came out. What is the point of having a service guarantee if it won’t be honored???

Typically the service is ok as long as you order delivery. Pick up is SLOW! I waited over 30 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. They didn’t even start making it until I walked in to pick it up. I could have gotten it faster had I ordered delivery.Then you have the guys that are making the pizza, rubbing their faces and noses without gloves. Disorganized and slow. They could careless if you’re a carry out order.

The quality of the food is horrible. Over cooked, sloppily cut and ploped in a box. Bread bites products are drenched in oil. Thin crust pizza crust was as thin as a sheet of paper.The delivery driver was punctual and very polite, high point of the entire experience!
