Chicken was good at one point but the last five or six times the Chicken taste like it's cooked in old grease and the chicken is hard and old I will not be going back to this kfc

Horrible app experience led to a horrible drive through experience. Which led to a soggy in-store experience FROM THE MANAGER. The app chat help ghosted me... the manager on site was more concern about rolling up all four of her window before the storm (that I was trying to avoid). Failed to even apologize for 36 minutes of my life wasted for 12 pieces of pre-ordered chicken, with no customers in the Store. AND, I have the screenshots to prove it... I'm waiting KFC...

Stopped by on 4/9/23 around 2:30 pm I went inside to place an order. There was just one (1) customer inside sitting in a booth, eating. I stand at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. I look up at their menu, deciding on what to order. I waited and waited and waited. Keep in mind, I can see the drive thru window and wasn't any cars outside. I see a woman who works there and she just ignored me. I finally gave up and just left.

Mr. Nate exemplified professionalism when addressing a mistake, promptly correcting it and ensuring our satisfaction. His exceptional customer service has won my loyalty.
