The stores lights was closed and shut off at 10:26 pm I thought the store was closed I had to pick my food up from the driveway and I should of checked my food but I didn’t because I trusted the service I get home my order is wrong and missing an item but it’s too late to go back how inconvenient and lazy of the employee on that shift the Famous bowl I ordered was so Not so famous it was very poor a scoop of mash potatoes bowl half filled “Tired” just like she was ready to go home I get it end of the night tired ready to go home great attitude just lazy at completing a simple order Always check your food I had a gut feeling it was going to be wrong And then confirming it getting home nothing pisses me off more then the wrong order and then gotta go through all this bullshit to get a refund find some else to eat on a Sunday evening when all the other food places are closed So dissatisfied and disappointed Girl Bye

The team at Bryans Road should be commended. The line at this location is insane in the evenings especially on $10 Tuesdays. Sometimes the line is so long and all I can see are buckets and buckets of chicken, leaving the store, continuously. Every time I come, the chicken is cooked fresh and piping hot. The staff is friendly and the working manager is always present sharing the workload. I have had a lot of experience managing people and I know that the product that you produce is a direct reflection of the values that the manager holds their staff to. It's not really about chicken.It's about people doing things the right way.There's so little of that going on these days.It's refreshing to see that some people still care about doing things right.

WORST KFC! I ordered an hour before closing 10 pm .They make it a habit of only serving “what they have left”. This is an area with little to none food options . Why are you forcing me to buy fries as an only choice of side & telling me you’re about to close ? There’s still an entire hour ! Defeats the purpose of fast food .

Worse KFC I ever had. I ordered the chicken & nugget box. Food came in a bag. Chicken was over cooked. Driest I had in a min. The wedges, dry and over cooked. I asked for fresh ones too. The nuggets & the sandwich was dry. Nothing was good. Want to go back just to give them it back. Haven’t had KFC in a while but never again.

This location charges $5.99 for the Two-Piece although KFC currently sells it for $5. I ordered 2 Two-Piece meals and neither one included the biscuit. The chicken looked rough, and ultimately I wasted my money here.

Very unprofessional and immature staff here. I placed an order and when I asked questions about sides and switching them out, it was met with a solid “no” without guidance or advice, just a flat out no. I purchased my order and was greeted with attitude at the window. I get it, everyone has a bad day but one staff member represents an entire establishment and this place just isn’t worthy of my money.

They don’t wear no gloves handling food manager or the Lead guy hands are disgusting and he is picking at his nose and dealing with people’s food is very unsanitary it doesn’t even look like he washed his hands I will never visit the Bryan’s rd location again 🤮

Had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be ready. They didn't have crispy chicken ready. I asked for kfc sauce and the guy said okay. But once my chicken was ready the guy said you have to pay for sauce. So I guess you can buy chicken but sauce is not included. Never will I return to this kfc. Unbelievable.

Placed an online order and it said would be ready by 9:00. Paid for the food and drove to the location in Bryan’s Road and the restaurant was closed. Tired to call and nothing!!!! Trying to get hold of customer service now.
Food is good but service is not. I asked not to give me a bag. Cashier charges anyway. The bags are plastic. They are not supposed to be using them at all.

The co owner was very rude and she was gossiping to her staff about the situation. My toddler can’t not eat there nuggets so I ask if she replace the nuggets for fries. I been to other kfc when this was possible

Went to the drive-in around 11:00 a.m. Percy three-piece chicken the chicken wasn't fresh Tamia was old from day before this is the first time I experienced it there the to me they don't appreciate the customer serving food like this unacceptable we're not patronize his business again 😠😠😠😠
