Most recently, my experiences here have been poorer than usual. The driveway experience is usually fast but the inside counter service is slow and at times inefficient. I have waited over 15 minutes at times for table service that was never delivered. I had to walk to the counter and request my food only to find it sitting in a bag behind the counter. Also, the tables are not kept clean as needed. Lastly, the McRib is highly publicized on TV and at the driveway and in the windows, yet they have not had the sandwich available for at least several days now.

I placed an order for curbside, waiting nearly 13 mins, I'd went inside the store. It took about 2 mins for the Latino lady with glasses and a blue shirt to even notice that I was there. I told her that I had been waiting for now nearly 15 mins for my order in curbside. She turned to give me my food and realized that there were no fries. After she put the fries in the bag, I'd asked if my nuggets were cold and she just looked at me. I then opened the box, touched the nuggets and said that these are cold & gave them back to her. The issue that I had, was not only did I have to leave 2 sleeping kids with my teenager in the car to pick up the curbside, but the lady took the nuggets back, instead of throwing them in the trash, but she eexchsnging them for another order! Absolutely DISGUSTING, especially since I'd TOUCHED THEM ! SHE SAW THAT I DID AND SHE PUT THEM RIGHT BACK TO SELL TO SOMEONE ELSE! CLEARLY A COMMON PRACTICE & MY LAST VISIT! I PRAY THAT YHE OWNER REVIEWS THEIR CAMERAS & HANDLE THIS SITUATION ACCORDINGLY!

If you plan to grab anything to eat here it is almost exclusively to be done during morning to early lunch after that your food will be short by about half and burnt and on very few occasions it might come out okay

I hate this McDonalds. Every time I go, my order is never right or I have to wait for an item while my other food gets cold. The only reason it gets a 3, is because some of the managers and staff are nice.

Mc Donald's is a favorite of mind and my grands they are always pleasant
Don’t come here at night. Maybe the morning crew is better but night crew is incompetent and couldn’t get a simple order of 3 cookies and a frappe right… gave me nuggets at first went back to get my cookies .. they gave it to me and they were warm but hard ? (screams blasted in the microwave) … only pro was the lady on headset was nice.

This McDonald’s drive thru is quick, they get your order right, and the food comes out looking as close to the pictures as I have ever seen. The coke has that sizzle as it should. Fries are crisp.
