It's CLEAR they don't care at this location because of the long string of HORRIBLE reviews. I don't even know how they're still in business. I asked for a sausage biscuit 4 times and they still gave me a plain sandwich. I then asked them to fix and they handed me back the SAME PLAIN sandwich. I just asked for my money back at that point and then they didn't give me my correct amount. So not only are they a trash establishment with terrible customer service, they will also steal your money. I wish I could give 0 stars. I do NOT recommend this location. Complete TRASH!!!!

This has to be the worst ran location in Southern Maryland and possibly the whole state of Maryland. I will give them that they are consistent, consistently bad and negligent. 95% of the time I have to pull forward for my order and 95% of the time the order is missing 1-2 items. The quality of the food is subpar compared to other locations and the management of this location has been subpar since I have lived in the area (6 years) better off going anywhere else in the area.

The drive thru is ta mess . The management needs to get that in order. Don’t make no sense the best time to come is in the morning when older folks are working they get u in and out

The older angry short Latin lady with the dyed hair I’m assuming is the morning manager was rude and completely inattentive. Didn’t acknowledge customers or greet us , acted like helping was a chore, with her pushiness I could tell it was more about hear clearing orders off the screen then customer service and made the whole experience unpleasant. Definitely not what you expect from a mature Aged person in management bad example for the employees and a worse representation of Mc donalds !!!!

Today is Nov 2nd around 12:30am, I called about 3-4 times trying to check on an uber eats order and the woman that answered the phone was trying to help funny repeating herself acting like she couldn’t hear me and then she would hang up. She did it every single time I called and I know she did it on purpose because I even called from a different phone and heard the echo of my speaking in the background. She needs to be fired.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Give “0” Stars If I Could I had the worst experience at this McDonald's early Saturday morning around 2:30–2:45 AM. I placed two separate orders at the drive-thru, but only received one. When I informed the male employee at the window, he told a coworker, and an African woman came to the window and immediately began arguing with us—no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue. Even after we showed the receipt, she continued to fuss at us like we were her children, then slammed the window in our faces and walked off. To make things worse, she called the police on us—all because we were asking for the food we paid for. This was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. We were treated with disrespect and humiliation. As we all know this could have turned into “3” black women being killed by the police of a McDonald’s quarter pounder & fries! Management seriously needs to address the behavior of their overnight staff at this location. Currently seeking legal counsel

I had the worst experience at this McDonald's early Saturday morning around 2:30–2:45 AM. I placed two separate orders at the drive-thru, but only received one.
When I informed the male employee at the window, he told a coworker, and an African woman came to the window and immediately began arguing with us—no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue. Even after we showed the receipt, she continued to fuss at us like we were her children, then slammed the window in our faces and walked off.
To make things worse, she called the police on us—all because we were asking for the food we paid for.
This was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. We were treated with disrespect and humiliation. Management seriously needs to address the behavior of their overnight staff at this location. We are currently consulting with a lawyer about the issue.

They just hire anybody, everybody rude including the second window in the evening. The only saving grace is the nice older ladies in the morning other than that, I wouldn’t come here, order never right and prepped sloppily.
