I’ve never had my app order canceled once, but twice from the same Subway. If you don’t want to take online orders, just be a regular sandwich shop and remove the Subway name from the building. Fortunately, the Tastee Chicken is in the same plaza and serves delicious food with much better customer service.

Supposedly there was an issue with online ordering. Instead of telling me of this in a professional manner and asking me to order in person, this employee proceeds to laugh in my face with her coworker and refuse to make my sandwich. She then PULLS OUT HER PHONE TO RECORD ME and curse at me in Spanish. Then she gives me the middle finger through the window once I am outside of the store. Disgusting and unprofessional. Get a good look at it.

It really bothers me when people who are handling our food preparation behave so strangely (and we pay them for it). I stopped by this Subway on my way home from work to grab two footlongs and a wrap. The little young lady had to make each of my sandwiches twice. Maybe it's because she wasn't listening or maybe there was a language barrier (I don't know). Each time she made my sandwich - I got madder and madder. She'd burn the bread. She burn the bacon. She'd burn the cheese. The oven was burnt on the side so maybe it was just set too high - I don't know. I'm sure she'd burnt up plenty of bread. When I get to the register - I get charged all this other stuff I didn't have. So now I'm standing at the register while they try to figure out a fountain drink, two footlongs, and a wrap. That's all I had. They rung up something different - even charged me for items I never ordered. I just paid for it all (even the items I didn't have) and left - knowing I'd never return while they were there. The worse part is that the bread was so nasty, chewy and gummy.
This is, without a doubt, my favorite Subway in the DMV. They don't even ask what I want when I walk in because they already know what I want. Mostly, we just have a really good conversation while my food is being prepared. It reminds me of how important service used to be back in the day when you knew the people that you supported in whatever business they were in. It's a different world now, and to find service of that caliber is rare!

Went to Bryan’s Road Subway today to get a Cold Cut sub. Supposed to have ham, bologna and salami with cheese. Got home and there was 4 slices of bologna with cheese. Never going there again. If I wanted a bologna sandwich, I could’ve made it here myself and saved my money.

Went into Subway today just to use the bathroom and it was a line like normal but it was over 90 degrees inside this store. I felt sorry for the 3 employee's because I know they have no control over it but it is unsafe to eat in a restaurant when the temperature inside it is unbearable. But this Subway is always very clean so thumbs up on that.

I was very disappointed today.I spend $60 to $80 a week at this location in Bryans Road. Today my wife ordered and I picked it up, got to the car and I was missing my cookie so I went back inside and got it.So now I'm home and she ordered the wrong dressing on my sandwich so I took it back and asked the lady can replace it. She told me NO it's nothing I can do for you...I just think that's Bad customer service.

This place is worst Subway I've ever been to in my life. 3 women working behind the counter. None of them friendly at all. I ordered 3 sandwiches all of the sandwiches had extremely hard bread. How do you fix customers sandwiches with stale bread? Let me reinstate that they were all woman. Have not been there since. I live nearby and not many food choices. But I won't be going back!!!

There was 3 (three) young ladies working behind the counter and each one was smiling, courteous and friendly! They worked as a team and the line moved very smoothly. I was in and out in no time. The store was well kept, neat and clean. This was one of the nicer subways I have been to.

This is by far the WORST when i tell you the WORST subway place. I came in and already felt the bad vibes. The 3 ladies working on the frontline won’t even greet you or look at you. I ordered spicy Italian with Italian herbs and cheese, they gave me a BURNT BREAD. THE PLACE IS DIRTY AF and the fact that i came in morning when they just opened. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT COME HERE.
