Where do I start. I submitted a quote on her website for cupcakes. Her response was that she had an HOA event that day but she would try and fit me in. I should have walked away based on that response. The day prior to pick up I emailed her to confirm the pick up time, which I knew because I set the time, and get the actual pick up address. She told me to refer to my contract because she was busy with a family emergency.I knew then she would cancel and what does she do? She canceled less than 24 hours to pick up. I paid everything as asked and on time per the agreement but she didn't withhold her part of the contract. At less than 24hrs the order should have already been completed. I would not recommend her to make treats for my dog let alone anyone else.
