As with every Chipotle I visit, the tables were all dirty. I have never seen another food service chain with such consistently dirty tables. Surely corporate trains the managers on how to manage their employees' time. There never seems to be a shortage of employees at any Chipotle I have visited. Lalani was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure that my bowl was made with care. She even changed her gloves when one became compromised and gave the absolute best customer service. Justin was also wonderful, he made sure my that my bowl was secure and that I had all of the essentials necessary to enjoy my meal! Love this chipotle and I will continue to visit for the exceptional service and delicious bites!
I got a chicken bowl with extra steak and it hit the spot. Portions were solid, and when I asked for extra rice and corn, the crew didn’t hesitate—they were friendly and seemed happy to help. My wife had a chicken bowl too, plus we shared chips and guac, all of it was really good.
The place was clean, the team had good energy, and you could tell they actually care about the customers. Overall, just a great experience at this Chipotle.
