Got order wrong
Since the remodel, its been great. I have a complaint that drop it a Star. Burger King does not promote and have a user friendly app. I'd go there more often if it was easier to accumulate points. This location has a poor wifi connection. This can be a deal breaker for me. I cannot understand how you can remodel the place and NOT have a strong signal.
My online order was correct including a few modifications and presentation was nice. I was so impressed that there were plentiful napkins included, folded so neatly in bundles, that I had to write a review! Thanks to whoever did that unasked!!

Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, like the Spanish lady who goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, even bringing orders to waiting cars.
