I order coffee on my way to work daily, but on some occasions, I'll order something to complement the coffee. I specially requested chicken McNuggets. I got to the window, and the nuggets were there but terribly warped from microwave heating. I asked the agent if I could get a special order and was told to pull up in one of the numbered spaces for customer service. The service has been terrible the last few months, the gentleman that cashiers the drive thru is always nice but the ladies at the second window are very rude they cut you off from finishing ordering without asking is that all or anything and then tell you to order it at the first window, then forgot items so I had to turn around and as soon as the chick saw me she didn't even acknowledge me she walked away and came back with the items I was missing and handed to me rudely.
