I came into this location on my lunch break and used the kiosk because I didn't see anyone up front. I needed to pay cash so I went to the counter after putting my order into the kiosk. The manager seen me but helped everyone else first. I didn't mind at all until she finally got to me and when I tried to her my receipts from the kiosk she waved her hand and said I seen it already. I'm like dang I barely showed it to you. She then started rushing me to pay. I paid for the 1st order and she didn't give me back my change yet. She then said my order total for the 2nd order placed. I said ma'am you never gave me my change back from the 1st order. She then said it's 2 cents I'm like no my stuff was 1.27 and I have you 1.52. My change should be more then 2 pennies. She then slapped the change up on the counter and proceeds ro say the amount again for the 2nd order. Not sure why she was so rude because I didn't give her attitude until it was given to me. When my order was ready she said "your order ready even tho they usually say the name and not just yell out your order ready. Once I looked in the bag I noticed she didn't even give me a straw for my drink. I then grabbed it from behind the counter myself. I asked for her name and she then gave me the run around to get it. She tried saying that I was rude to her so that's why she was being that way and that I was discriminating against her. I'm not sure where she had gotten that from when clearly she gave me hell from the beginning. As a manager even if I was which I wasn't an irate customer you are not supposed to add fuel to the fire and give me alot of attitude. I think yall need to check who you give these positions to
