I love stbx and always appreciate the baristas who work hard there, but this particular store is consistently not as good as the others I've experienced elsewhere. The iced shakn espresso had too much milk and the breakfast sandwich tasted less "cooked". Not really sure why the mix of ingredients is so great in some places and not so great in other places.

I used to work for starbucks. Screw them.I do enjoy free Starbucks though. Free black and white mocha with an extra shot. Hot or cold depending on outside temperature.

Terrible experience at Starbucks drive-through 12/30/23. Ordered a hot chocolate, it was NOT made with milk, it tasted like sewage hot water, Absolutely gross. The cashier questioned if I'm a child for ordering hot chocolate. Unprofessional and rude. This location consistently fails at making drinks. Starbucks, hire better baristas!

Usually go through the drive thru but today I needed to wait for a friend so went inside. Music was so loud I had to repeat my order to a very unresponsive barista three times. I double checked the order after paying and the order was wrong so it had to be remade. The barista on the coffee machine was good about remaking the order and it was prepared correctly.

I always order the same drinkIce brown sugar shaken expresso, almost all the time I have to go back because they don't put the brown sugar syrup in it, they always make it bitter! This time I ordered it online and it came out the same. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STARBUCKS! Today it can't come back, I have to throw it away and vote for my money.

I went through the drive through at 6pm, Tuesday, November 21st. My order was taken pretty quickly, however that was the fastest they moved. There were two cars ahead of me and I was in line for 10 minutes. Once I pulled up to the window, no one greeted me. I looked through the window and saw that the employees were casually talking and acting as if there wasn’t a line building behind me. I ordered two venti medicine balls and a birthday cake pop. No one was moving at all and I heard their entire conversation through the window.

First timer at this location! Drive thru order Fast and easy like always I ordered the Crème Brûlée Latte ( first time) it was good. Sausage and cheddar breakfast sandwich is a must. All in all good breakfast combo.

I can't recommend going here though I'm sure it won't matter. Place has a cult following. I went to the drive thru to get a sandwich and got home to find a long hair in it. Tried chatting three times with customer service got disconnected three times. One time they said without a receipt they can't do anything and I didn't use my Starbucks account to pay. Sent a pic of my bank transaction but not good enough. Then I tried to call the store to speak to the manager to see if I can get a copy of the receipt and got put on eternal hold. Just another business that I won't be spending money with any more.

It was very busy today. The baristas were stressed and rushed orders. Long wait time for drinks. My coffee was not great and the barista (female) was unapologetic. There was coffee all over the cup and I had to request another one. The serving area and pick up area was messy and add too many flies. Management should be more attentive to the cleanliness. Not sure if I’m coming back.
