I only gave a 2 because the barista making my drink was pleasant. I waited 22 min for a cold brew. Again a cold brew. Come on Starbucks. The cost goes up but the service is so god damn terrible.
Decent location service can be a little slow at times but staff friendly 👍🏿
I can tell this team of people are hard working and always put their best foot forward even during rigorous work days. Taking care of people, trying to connect while making drinks creating a faster paced service, and loads of moving pieces, I love seeing my Burtonsville Starbucks team, just like a few other regulars I know! THANKS STARBUCKS!! 🌌🌠☕️ (plus a few of them really care about their craft :)

Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company location in Burtonsville has a team of hardworking people who put their best foot forward even during rigorous work days. They try to connect while making drinks and care about their craft. Some customers have been consistent since 2007 and always have good experiences, being greeted with kindness and respect. The drinks are perfectly made, and a grande Americano and everything bagel with cream cheese was yummy. However, the location has gone downhill for some. There are fruit flies in the food display, and the outdoor sitting area is very dirty with tons of trash bags along the back of the building. Some customers feel there are only two people working hard at a busy store, and the manager is not there helping. The shop itself can be clean and neat, and the coffee is about right, but one barista was not very cheerful or engaged. Overall, people appreciate the hardworking baristas and feel they need a raise and better treatment.
