We visited the Starbucks in Burtonsville early in the morning around 6 a.m. The shop itself was clean and neat, and the coffee was about right. The barista, however, didn’t seem very cheerful or engaged — maybe just a rough morning, but it did affect the experience. Overall, a decent stop, but I would have expected a warmer, more welcoming vibe.
This Starbucks has gone downhill. They need to do something about the fruit flies in the food display. Outdoor sitting area is very dirty with tons of trash bags along the back of the building.
all baristas are nice and sweet shout out to Susie, Edmaly and Shelonda. Very nice people, I come in afternoons to avoid rushes. Will remake orders no problem, usually quiet. Would say there is a couple regulars who stay there for hours on end and take seats but other than that I enjoy this Starbucks location.
