You go to a restaurant for the food, so let me start off by saying the food was great! It has a homey atmosphere, the service was alright. I eventually got what I needed, it was $50 for an appetizer food and 2 beers. Definitely wouldn’t go there for that again, but for a first time experience I’m glad the food was good.

Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and a lot of TVs around the joint.

Superb service with a very happy & energetic waiter who gave us some tips in things to do and see in the area since we werent from around here. We had the chicken tenders and honey mustard for an app, a burger and the crabby melt for our entrees and they were both excellent. The crabby melt was full of delicious crab and just the right amount of sauce and bacon. The bread was grilled perfectly. I cannot say enough great things about this place. There are a few arcade games and a claw machine too so it's fun for kids. Sports in several tvs and even booths with individual tvs at each booth.

A friend gave me a gift card and decided to go with the children for a dinner.
The restaurant is very friendly for children and our waiter Donia was so nice. She was very under when the toddler start running everywhere and the older one wanted to change his dipping sauce.
The service is excellent! Im planning to do a family gathering this week and I’m glad I found the perfect place with best service!

Used to be great
I was at this place a few minutes ago.
The person served me with unwashed glass and failed to accommodate my coupon.

I'm really sad to give such a poor review because our server the other day Sandra was so sweet to our family. However, we were so disturbed during our meal to hear a manager in the kitchen yelling profanities and screaming at our server within earshot of people dining in. It was really awkward and not a good look. This has always been a family friendly spot but after today we do not feel comfortable coming back here.

Summary: Mail-in coupon bait and switch.

I ate there today (7/20) with the intention of using a $10 off coupon that I received in mail. The food and service was pretty good and quick since I came in at 5pm, before the rush hour. However, the server was not able to redeem the $10 coupon even as I followed all the written instructions on the back and before its expiry date in August. He said that "the manager is also not sure why the $10 coupon just does not work today, but they worked fine yesterday". Pretty lame explanation, in my opinion. But for some reason, the $5 coupon worked, at least, so that's why I'm giving 3 stars on this review. So from my experience: be advised when you try to use the $10 coupon, they might not honor it. Bring the $5 one too as back up, although I guess there is no guarantee if they will absolutely honor it either.
