I ordered the Burger and fries. My son ordered the kids burger and fruit. They brought out our food and both of our burgers are the same exact size. Mine costs nearly double. They brought my son fries even though he ordered fruit, so they took his entire plate, burger, and all just to remove the fries and add fruit. Which wasn't a quick process either. So he had to wait to eat. There was no need to take his food. Just bring the fruit side he asked for. We were the only people...

We really enjoyed our visit to Bob Evans. However, given our visit was on a weekend (St. Patty’s Day to be more precise), it was quite crowded. It seemed a bit understaffed, which made it difficult on waitresses.Overall, the food was good and everything was correct. We had even requested some substitutions.

We were surprised by the quality of the food. In the past it was very good, and actually brought us back. This time food was very sub-par. Neither of us ate more than half of our food. The hash browns were overcooked like they had a lot of them sitting in a grill for a long period of time. Not good at all.
