Drive though lady had massive attitude problem. Messed up our order. Forgot a burger got that one taken care of just to still be missing a burger. Everything else was cold and hard and absolutely disgusting. Pathetic won’t be going again.

2nd drive-thru lane is the worst-case. I sat in line for over 10 mine just to not have my order taken while at the screen it goes blank. I'm saying hello and the lady is taking orders at the 1st window. I finally get to the window to pay for a non order and tell the lady I was unable to order she proceeds to laugh and ask what do I want to order. I told her nothing I waited 10 min to get thru your backed up line I don't want to order anything. I suggest getting someone in the window who can run both drive through lines. Poor service no food there goes a 30 min lunch break.

So slow. Sooooo slow! Food is fine but everytime I go here i regret my decision after 10 to 20 minutes of waiting with no movement I the cars ahead of me. I can't even rage quit because the shrubs and curb make it so you can't abort.

I am only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0 and leave a review.I placed an order on the app for pick up via drive thru. I get there & there are two cars in the drive thru, one in each lane. The one in front of me finishes, I pull up. They take the order of the opposite lane, they finish and pull up. Then, another car pulls up in the opposite lane, they take their order, they pull up. Silence. I sat and waited for 5 minutes. No one said a word.I pull up and sit in the drive thru line for 10 minutes, get to the window, let them know. The young guy looks at my order and asks me to park out front and he’ll bring it out to me. I do. Another 10 minutes later, still no order. I go in.At this point there is only one other person inside waiting for food. The young guy acknowledges me and confirms my order. The other person gets their meal.20 more minutes later they finally make & hand me half of my order and proceed to tell me they are out of the other item and I need to call BK to get a refund.My problem isn’t with them being out of stock, its the fact that two people looked at my order three different times and NO ONE decided to tell me that they were out of something until the last possible moment and the entire process leading up to that moment. It should not have taken 30+ minutes to get one basic sandwich and a large fry when they weren’t busy and there were 5 or 6 people working.As for the food itself, the fries were cold and clearly had been sitting for quite some time.

2023 SEP updateI was stuck waiting in the drivethru line for 55 minutes. Barely any traffic movement.Somehow manage to mess up every order, especially later in the night.Closes before posted hours often.A year over year poor performing francise.

This branch is by far the worst BK I ever had to deal with, not once and I mean that literally they got my order right, I usually have big orders because we are a family of five and I never get the full order, at least one item if not more is missing.If you call or go back to the store to get the missing they act like you are there to beg for free food or something they are all rude and dull and you feel like they are forced to be there that includes both managers that I had the displeasure of dealing with them.I honestly don't recommend this place to anyone and if you had yo go there be ready for a rude treatment and make sure you check your order that nothing is messing

Waited patiently at drive through as requested and then continued to wait to place order while they took 3 orders ahead of mine in the 2nd ordering lane. NEVER AGAIN! Complained to the order person and then I refused to order so I drove away.

The level of incompetence at this location is mind-boggling. Ordered through the app, 20min in the drive through to get to the pick up window and be told they have no chicken. 20min of my life wasted because they are either too stupid or lack the minimum level of give a f**k to post a sign at the speaker box. Nit that it matters in the grand scheme of things, but I'm never going back here. Don't recommend you go either
