Went there yesterday with my family. I locked myself out of my car by accident when trying to leave and the staff was more than compassionate about our situation. Went above and beyond to make my 19 month old son comfortable/entertained while we were stuck waiting. I wish I got the names of the two women who were working to properly thank them. Mushroom melt would be good if the Mushrooms would be sautéed. Other than that sandwich is okay. Service was very pleasant, great and friendly staff.Vegetarian options: Mushroom melt

Excellent sandwiches. Had the Mama's Meatballs and it was very good. I like how they toast every sub. The Mac and cheese was a little dry, but that's a minor nitpick. I wish there was a Potbelly's back home in Orlando!
