The waitress was polite and friendly with fast service
Clean and the staff was very friendly.
I stopped in here for a comforting country breakfast while driving through the state. The restaurant has a nice, cozy farmhouse vibe inside, and the hot hotcakes and scrambled eggs came out fairly quickly. However, the sausage links were a bit dry and overcooked, and our server seemed in a huge rush, making it hard to get a coffee refill until the end of our meal.

Bob Evans remains a popular spot, especially on weekends. The food is generally good, with correct orders and options for substitutions. However, some days the quality can be hit or miss, like overcooked hash browns. Recently, the restaurant showed improvement, and the food quality was amazing. The staff, including a polite and attentive black gentleman from the back of house who helped serve customers, and a friendly server named Lisa, contributed to a positive experience. When paying, a very nice employee with long pink nails also provided great service. Despite a few issues, such as a delay in replacing fries with fruit for a child's meal and a mix-up in food delivery, the manager stepped in to make things right. They also exceeded expectations with a delicious Thanksgiving Platter, demonstrating they can still impress with their meals. Overall, Bob Evans continues to be a place where good meals and friendly service are available, especially when ordering online for family meals.
