“The food truck is open Thursday through Sunday from around 11 AM to 7 PM I believe. Let me start this by saying I am from the south and we eat a lot of fried foods in especially fried seafood. I moved here and I was looking for a good place to eat that reminded me of home. At the time it had been pretty hard to find. I decided to stop by this food truck one day when I was on the way home from work. The guy that works there is very nice and patient. I ordered the two pieces of tilapia, six jumbo shrimp, one crabcake, and it came with fries and two hush puppies. Everything was amazing and reminded me of home. All of the food was cooked crispy, and it was not soggy or floppy. Everything was seasoned perfectly, not over season or under season. And the service was quick, it might have took 10 minutes. Everything is always fresh and it never taste like seafood. If you eat a lot of seafood, then you understand what I mean, yes, it is seafood, but it is not supposed to have that fishey smell. Overall, I wish I could give this place a 10 out of 5, but I will settle for a five out of five. Also, the seasoned butter sauce that he has is great.“

“I eat here more often than I tell my wife because the food is so good and the portions are huge. Everything I’ve had there is 5 star. Breakfast is my favorite and the keto bowl is a delicious meal. Highly recommended!“
“I drive an hour one-way to stock up on goodies here each week. It's wonderful to be able to find prepared food without dairy (I can't eat it anymore :( ), gluten (avoid if you have a thyroid condition), or processed sugars, all without a bunch of chemicals and/or unnatural ingredients. Plus, everything is #MadeWithLove. #healthyfood“

“This restaurant has made it into our family's top list of restaurants, even after just one visit. We have a number of allergies to contend with, including dairy and wheat (needing gluten free). We stopped in one day to see if this might be a suitable restaurant for the future and we had a great conversation where all of our allergy questions were answered with care. It takes a lot of trust in a restaurant to dine out when you have severe allergies and it was so amazing to have questions answered in such a confident way that we didn't have to feel nervous or fearful about trying the food. The jerk chicken and shrimp options both fit this need and were amazingly delicious on top of that. Our group tried the jerk chicken, plain shrimp, jerk trio and jerk chicken tacos, with sides of white rice, fried plantains, French fries, festival, Mac n cheese and sauteed cabbage. It is hard to find food that is safe for our family members but also tasty - we are already making plans to try to book this restaurant for catering for a large event we are hosting next year. My son said the French fries were the best he'd ever had, and as I was told usually happened after customers had questions about the food, all plates were eaten clean. We are excited to have another safe restaurant to have on our list and we can't wait to eat here again. I only wish we had gotten pictures - but it smelled and looked so tasty that we were diving in before we could think of it.“
