Went to redeem some birthday rewards and they redeemed the wrong way, they were supposed to use birthday rewards instead they redeemed regular rewards

Food unknown taste because of how long the food took to get. Promised time for Order was 820 came to the window and said it would be 5 mins for the honey walnut came back to the window at 830 and they said it still wasn’t ready. Unreal wait time for an order I put in 30 minutes prior to pick up. You’re saying it takes 40 mins to make some mid shrimp. That’s diabolical. Anyway probably won’t be coming back to the location. Do better panda. How are you going to have the word “Express” In your name and my order takes longer then 45 minutes…..

I noticed black patrons get less serving size than others before the pandemic of Covid. They used to give you one and a half scoops with a bigger scooper then they went to a smaller scooper and other races get two big scoops and I noticed blacks get barely one scoop. I’m not patronizing this business any longer even my 10 year old grandson Complaint when he seen his Serving size. I used to bring people that Never ate there before who’s from this county. And my grandson complained about the same thing would not eat there for over a year unless I bring her something from there, but let me reassure you Lost another customer I will never go to your establishment again, and I will complain to corporate. In Waldorf, Maryland if you buy dinner, you get the spring rolls with for $1.50. All I hear is mouth service and they try to act like we want to be argument. If I’m not being argumentative it was very clear that I was not given the proper serving so I’m never gonna go there again.

The orange chicken at this panda tastes different than the orange chicken on the west cost. Still good, but more orange flavored. Seems like the recipe is different

Waited 15 minutes in line at the drive thru only to get put on hold for another five minutes and still no response. Never placed an order. Decided to go somewhere with a functional drive thru.

I love it here. The honey walnut shrimp and the super greens are my favorite, and I always grab a side of the wontons. The servers are always pleasant and helpful.
