Cold Stone Creamery is a small but clean business with friendly staff. The ice cream is delicious, and customers enjoy the unique "cold stone" concept where they can watch their ice cream being crafted on a cold stone. Despite some customers noticing that prices have increased over the years, the restaurant provides a pleasant experience, thanks to helpful staff like Hailey and Aiden. Customers appreciate the down-to-earth atmosphere and always feel relief when treating themselves at this establishment. Overall, Cold Stone Creamery offers a great ice cream experience with excellent customer service.
