“There is so much I can say it’s crazyyyy. 1st off the ice cream is bombbb way better than most places honestly this is my main go to anyway. The service is always nice I’ve never had bad experiences at any loc especially this one. Everyone’s just so down to earth and the atmosphere…I always feel relief just treating myself and just talking to peeps, the workers are always pleasant. Especially Hailey I can’t remember others names but it just makes it nice because everybody has bad days but it’s always a good one when I come here!“

“I walked up and got my food and the man behind the register started screaming at me to place my desert on the scale. He weighed my food and gave me a dirty look when it was over 43 oz. He told me that I had to wipe off the food dripping on the scale and clean up after myself. I will NOT be coming back as the staff is totally untrained and uncontrolled.“

“Besides cones or cups, Brrrr serves milkshakes, affogato (espresso poured on ice cream), banana splits, and crepes. Cones are sugar, waffle (but smallish, just a bit bigger than the sugar), and wafer.

There is a semi-decent selection of ice cream, but don't expect Jeni's. Both Mother and I enjoyed our cones, but I realized why I never go to an ice cream shop for a cone: I can purchase a quart at the store and buy or make decent cones for 4 for the price of one cone at a place like this one - because the flavors, at least to me are uncraveworthy enough for me to want to lay down the extra cash.

There is only one (hard, wood) bench in the shop and no additional seating, probably so there's room for the hordes that most likely come during the Summer, so they can enjoy them on a walk on the board-like trex along the river. Too bad there's no outdoor seating or a bigger space with seating as crepes, I my opinion, can really not be delicately eaten on one's lap on a bench - and certainly not while strolling the trexwalk.

Service was somewhat friendly, but could have been better for a handicap elderly person with a walker. A friendly customer held the door while leaving.

Also, this place is inaccessible to anyone in a wheelchair as there is a small step to get in the door.“

It's like they saw mini cones at Costco and then got the idea to buy them and charge us regular price but charge higher for a normal size one. Stupid.“
