Though the ice cream is delicious, I have tried to book them for two separate large community events (several hundred people) and they’ve happily committed. Fast forward to pre event confirmation, and then it’s silence and no communication at all. In both cases, they did not support the event. In one case, a reply was received 4 days prior, of course I had already found an alternative, and the other was a total no show with no notification.
